they closed half an hour early on a friday night!!! biked here from about 10 miles wanting a nice refreshing drink and they said they cleaned out there juicer already. terrible staff and service. 100% would not reccomend. way to ruin my weekend because of your lazy, unprofessional, an immature staff.

Terrible they take their sweet time I’ve been eating for my order for like an hour fire them and get new employees willing to work hard.

Worst acai bowl of my life. There was maybe 3 tablespoons of acai smoothie base. The entire bowl was full of massive amounts of granola. The menu said topped with...I have like two cups of hard balls of granola with no acai .so disappointed.

Terrible management. Husband ordered a smoothie with no banana, but they accidentally made it with banana. (Which was no big deal we just wanted it remade) When my husband went to ask for them to remake the smoothie with no banana, the manager got extremely disrespectful and began to yell at my husband and accused him of lying to get a free smoothie. The manager continued to yell and give my husband a hard time saying they didn’t make that mistake. The employees were very sweet, but the manager completely escalated the situation and the disrespect was very unprofessional. It really came out of nowhere. Nothing against roxberry, but I will not be returning to this location due to the management.

Listen roxberry is great and I like their smoothies but the manager just yelled at me because I said there was banana in my smoothie and she made snarky comments saying that she didn’t put banana in it. I won’t be going back to this roxberry, I couldn’t believe how disrespectful the manager was.

I usually enjoy Roxberry and have worked at one of the stores so I know the prices and drinks and when I ordered a drink today I used 3 dollars in loyalty points so it was 446 in total but then was handed back 1254 from a 20 I was very confused and plan to ask for a receipt or something next time so I don’t get scammed

Smoothies are expensive! Had a coupon but would be disappointed if I paid full price. The one I got was watery and tasted like ice even though it was supposed to be 100% fruit. Took a very long time to order and a long while for the smoothies to be prepared. Seemed like the drive thru took priority and the inside was the back burner.

I really like the Flu Fighter for when I’m starting to feel a cold coming on. It seems to help, even if it’s just a little bit.

Such great staff and the drinks never disappoint! My favorite is the pb blast! We also tried strawberry temptation which was delicious! It was close to the texture and taste of a strawberry Icecream shake but healthier!

Every time we come here recently the shakes are not mixed well enough. Love Roxberry. Location probably needs better blenders.
