One of the staff yelled to all of the other staff to ignore walk ins because the drive thru line was too long so all of us walk ins could hear it. I get that you are busy, but between the 4 of you someone should be able to balance the service. I am writing this as I wait to order. Who knows how long I will have to wait.

I received bad service at the window and I also experienced a blonde hair in my food.
The quality and size I think is worth it. But you have to decide if you want to go thru with the quality of service and patience. I the only one in the drive thru No one else. I sit at the window for 5-10 minutes waiting to pay and get my drink. Is their party going on? Is there only 1 worker? So they are extremely slow and not friendly

I ordered a juice cleanse online on Saturday for pick up on Tuesday. There was some conflicting information on when to pick up and so I called in. I was told to pick it up on Monday. I said that would be great but I'm pretty sure it won't be ready until Tuesday. She asked to call me back. When she called me back she told me she couldn't do anything about it. That I couldn't pick it up until Tuesday. It was pretty condescending and rude since I never demanded to pick up on Tuesday. I let it go because it seems the younger generation seems to be this way. Then I come in on Tuesday 20 min before 10 and got the same attitude. Was told that is why it says 10 o'clock online because that is how long it takes. All I asked was how close it was to ready. I can still chalk it up to younger people not having any social skills. But for $150 juice cleanse I expect to be treated like a customer and not an inconvenience. I will go somewhere else for a juice cleanse next time. I'm mostly writing this review in hopes that this roxberry will have a training on this subject so they can save future customers.

They don’t have fresh orange juice anymore and all their other juices have preservatives in them except fresh apple juice and fresh carrot juice but you can’t put them in your smoothies because the guy working there said he didn’t know how to do that even though I said I could pay for the upgrade. I want a healthy smoothie, not carcinogens!

The staff here are excellent and really friendly. Whenever I have a question they always answer. The manager who works at this store is always super kind and makes sure her staff gets my order to me out fast. Their corporate offices need to make sure other stores know this store is the example store. Unlike the wolverine crossing store where that jayden kid is still asking me for my number.
Best Roxberry in the valley! Max and Isaiah made the experience delightful, and the smoothies were amazing as always.

Smoothies are great. This poor review is solely for the customer service and attitude from the employees. Specifically the blonde with the lipstick tattoo on her neck. Super rude, super pushy, and I believe she talked bad about us not tipping her to her co-worker, since she walked away right after without even saying anything and said “nothing at ALL” to her coworker and they laughed. She was snappy about a coupon I brought in, and was seemingly already super unhappy. It’s only 8:59 in the morning, idk what could’ve made her so upset already. But she made what is typically an awesome experience at this place something that was pretty irritating. Smoothies are great, she is not.

Occasionally I'll stop by the drive through to order a PB Power bowl or P-Nut Butter Crunch bowl. The bowls have the right balance of fruit cut up on top. The staff and assistant manager have always been friendly and get the order out in a timely manner. It's refreshing especially in the summer when it's hot for a cool lunch.
