Everything was very nice
Abbigail A. Was our server and she was fantastic. The steaks were amazing! Definitely recommend the Gorgonzola topping. They had amazing baked potatoes and candied yams. The wedge salads were super fresh and tasty.
Abi (our waitress) was the best and the food wasnβt half bad!!!!
They didnt disclose the price of the drinks before we all ordered sodas :(
I like it π excellent
My server was from Phoenix Arizona, Ashley from Gilbert, and he's a student here. He was excellent. You couldn't ask for a better person. Plus a good personality on top of the job. All the time and treat me royalty, hang on to him. He's good
We always make it our overnight stop. The food and service are old-style friendly, and the bar drinks are awesome.
The service, the atmosphere, the company, the steak, the vegetables, the hors d'oeuvres, everything was top notch, and I do mean top shelf without the alco... π π― πΆ
The icing on top of it, I was fortunate enough to offer part of the gratuity in gold. #Goldbacks
It's a favorite. I like to do that restaurant and the stake in the service and the waitress Ashley. Everything was a perfect combination that day. The steak was absolutely the most perfect medium that I've had. I'd probably go a little bit more on the medium. The light rare side Absolutely, fantastic. The only mistake I made is I did not include the sauteed mushrooms and onions. You gotta do that next time! π€ π«‘ πΊπΈ π π π₯ π¦ asparagus π π₯₯ π€ seafood β₯οΈ egg rolls πΆ π« sauce, π§ π₯ π #HappyCowboy
Waitress was great. Friendly and quick.
Salad was good.
Ordered 10 oz steak Oscar medium with jacketed Yam.
Outside 3/4 inch of the yam was hard as a rock. Extremely over cooked. Never had a burnt yam before.
Medium ordered steak was cooked well done. Which I could have been ok with except it was beyond tough and chewy.
The 1 piece of Asparagus that came with it had been cooked so long it looked like it came from a can... Maybe it was.
Crab meat tasted like it was stored for weeks in a freezer in an uncovered container.
Oscar sauce too tasted like a freezer burn or kept in the fridge for weeks.
Took 1 bite of each and had to send it back.
Waitress kindly asked if she could give me a replacement. I just couldn't do it. So I said no thank you.
The most telling part of the bad experience was the manager was a no show and simply removed item from our bill.
Ruby river was once our favorite steak house when we lived up years ago. Now I don't recognize it.
From the empty quarter candy dispensers in the waiting area to the very poor quality food.
In short. Needs a new manager and probably a health department inspection at the minimum.
Ruby River use to be our go-to but over the past year, the meat has lost its' quality. I ordered the Prime Rib, 16 ounce. It was terrible and barley looked like a slice of PR. No bark, terrible marble, tough as a shoe. My had the filet mignon. It was also shoe leather with chewy bacon around it. I think they've changed meat suppliers to save money and it shows. If a person is going to a steakhouse, they're willing to pay for a quality product!

We had a great experience today at lunch.

I went here for dinner with a few people. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant seemed cleanly from what I could tell. The hostesses were friendly and helpful. The waiter could have been better he was more concerned about getting his empty tables filled then he was about the current tables he had. We saw him go to the hostess table quite a few times and hurt him over say to the hostesses that he had empty tables that they should fill. It took a while to get our food to us, and it also took a while to get a drinks to us and any refills. I got the black and blue burger, it was really good but they use a homemade blue cheese sauce which wasn't the greatest it would have been better if they used actual blue cheese. We also got a Caesar salad which was really good and just a plain cheeseburger. They're fries were pretty good.
