I honestly really enjoy the food, and the price is impossible to beat. But the service here sucks. They always seem short staffed and take forever. The best way to order food is via the app but half of the time they turn that off because they are swamped/lazy and that is INFURIATING because the line takes at least 10x as long

I recently joined Sam's Club in Atlanta, GA but decided to take a car trip to the west and northwest. I stopped at this Sam's Club in Provost for gas. I went inside for snacks and the people were friendly and helpful. The manager was the BEST! I asked if I could use the parking lot to rest and he reminded me of no liability but suggested a place out of the way. Extremely helpful, friendly and the gas prices were the best! Thank you for providing me with comfort and friendliness on my journey!

i have been a member for 6 years and never have i been treated so rude . Amanda in customer service should be looked into because the way she is treating people is ridiculous . I was scrolling through reviews and apparently im not the only one that feels this way. shame on you Sam's club for not listening to customers reviews .
