My Ma used to work her forever ago!! So maybe that's why I was so easy on them cause it wasn't my favorite to be honest, but lots of history!

Good food. You can get a 6' or 7' if you call in and order ahead the day before (they can split it into different kinds of sandwich, and ask how often if any, you'd like it pre-cut). The bad: you have to wait in their normal lunch line to get it (some smaller ordered sandwiches they won't "have ready" but just make for you on the fly when you arrive). Also...the ambient...fun but a few...cruder jokes on the walls...dunno if I'll be going back...

My husband and I swear this place made us sick today! We should have known when coming in when we were greeted with a musty old mop smell upon walking in. We proceed because of the decent reviews, and my husband ate here many years ago and enjoyed it. Not sure if it's under new management or something but it's overpriced for a below average sandwich! They charge extra for everything (olives, extra onions, extra pickles etc.). My husband and I spent $29 on a 10 inch and an 8 ich sandwich with chips!! So ridiculous. We proceed and we immediately regretted our decision. We got bad stomachaches upon getting home. Needless to say, the cleanliness of this place is way below average as well, there is a sour musty smell inside the restaurant. Not to mention, the sandwich we got was even below Subway quality. The meat is poor quality and honestly resembles the lunch meat you can get in he grocery store for $1 a packet, and they hardly add any meat to begin with! The sandwich you receive is a sloppy and soggy mess. The ingredients really seem poor quality! My husband and I asked for swiss and Jack cheese and we both got some sour version of cheap American cheese. Seems like they cut corners in every way to improve their margins. It's maybe a small step up from a gas station pre-made sub. Subway looks amazing compared to this place! Honestly, save your money and go to Subway. It's way cheaper and a much better sandwich.

Came with our missionary before dropping her off at the MTC - I remember this place from the 90s as a college student and Wow the memories came flooding back! The kids loved it today and the ladies here are SO nice. The wall of “24-inchers” is fun to browse and the “motivational” posters are still funny after all these years. Same great sandwiches!

Best sub I've had in a long time! Service was quick even with a long line. A great lunch option within a very short walk from the convention center.

Disappointed, cold cuts you could get the supermarket. Too much lettuce. Hasn't been updated in 30 years

I first went to this location back in 1998 as a student at BYU. Me and my roommates became members of the 24 inch club by consuming that massive sandwich in under 30 minutes (not sure if they still do this). Somewhere I think our picture is still on the wall.
This place serves such great sandwiches. My favorite is the spicy enticer. The sandwiches are loaded and the bread is unique and fresh. There's a reason this place is still around after so many years.

I used to eat here all of the time, I haven't been back in a while. I decided to go get a sandwich for dinner. Big mistake! I ordered a 12 inch Sensous sandwich to take home, my sandwich was a sloppy mess there was hardly any meat on it at all. My bread was falling apart so much that I couldn't hold it together to try and take a bite. There was so much mayonaise on it that my bread was soggy it was gross there was so much lettuce on it that they could have made 2 other foot long sandwiches with it. I will not return. I will stick with Jersey Mike's. Never had any of these problems there. I am extremely disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere that makes sure your sandwich is made right.
