The girls inside were sooooo nice. They kept complimenting my Hair and nails. They were super cute. The restaurant itself was spotless and they were cleaning the lobby and behind the counter when I was ordering. They made my food really fast too. 10/10 would reccomended.

I've always loved sensuous sandwich. I come in quite a bit and this time around was left utterly APPALLED by my experience. A kind girl took our order and we got our sandwiches and sat down and it was just me and my husband in the restaurant so it was very quiet. Then as we were eating we proceed to hear one of the workers (a manager I presume) being absolutely horrible to the young teenager girl that took our order. When I tell you how uncomfortable I felt with the way this woman was directing this girl (it sounded like she was learning the ropes still) it made me honestly sick to my stomach. I almost got up and told the girl she didn't have to tolerate such behavior from a boss and she should quit. I honestly didn't know what to do and I regret not standing up for her. She was obviously just doing her best and I felt so bad for her.
Food may be good but this experience left a horrible taste in my mouth.

so if your going to sensuous sandwich in provo duble check your order cause they obviously can't read or have no clue how to make a sandwich i just got home from there opened my bag that has my sandwich in it ordered a sensuous 24 inch so they put into two bags like normal so you can't see your sandwich i open it up and it's cold i ordered hot there's tomatoes i ordered no tomatoes there's mayo on i hate mayo so I said no mayo no pickles I ordered pickles nothing on this sandwich is how I ordered and yes I live about 15 minutes from this store location but hell how hard is it to read a piece of paper thazs stuck to the bag need to get rid of who ever is working right now and start over. plus there's bearly any meat on the sandwich the one up in orem is way better at actually building a sandwich how the customer wants lesson learned never going back to that location again advise others to duble check before leaving.

Still the same Great place I remember from the 80's
Meh. Bread was torn up and falling apart like crazy. I had more shredded lettuce than anything and I asked for green bell peppers and only had a small sprinkling. The sandwich was supposed to hot, which I thought it would be toasted, but the bread was just warmed up. Left feeling unsatisfied.

This place takes me back to my youth when I would spend time there during the day while my family's shop was down the road. I'd buy a pink sugar cookie or order a sandwich. They stack the deli meat, paper bag it and each table is filled with comics on the table under the clear plexi glass top. Lots of Far Side, Calvin and Hobbes, and others. Great lunch time spot to go, read some fun comics and enjoy the rest of your day filled.

This is by far best sandwich place in Provo! All their ingredients are fresh and delicious. You get exactly what you pay for here. High quality sandwich, great service and a fun old school aesthetic. There are only two locations and Provo is my favorite. I feel like the sandwiches are always better in the Provo location.
