This is by far best sandwich place in Provo! All their ingredients are fresh and delicious. You get exactly what you pay for here. High quality sandwich, great service and a fun old school aesthetic. There are only two locations and Provo is my favorite. I feel like the sandwiches are always better in the Provo location.
Place is unbelievable, awesome time capsule interior, friendly staff and great sandwiches
Unfortunate experience than our normal. We went in and ordered to go. I asked for the spicy enticer (pastrami, pepperoni, and Italian sausage) with NO pastrami. When we got home, it seemed they started making someone's order and replaced it with mine. Instead, I got pepperoni, ham, and turkey. Unfortunately, I really don't like ham. The turkey and pepperoni was off putting. I was asked several times what size, I wish this would have been asked a couple times too. The pepperoni's look store bought and are small in size, I had very few. For $32 for two sandwiches, I wish I was able to enjoy.
Life changing
This place is incredible, definitely a diamond. I've always loved coming here and they have such great food.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst place I’ve ever been, I asked for a sandwich with no bun and this is what they gave me🤣🤣🤣 I was charged for an 8inch sandwich and was given this warm heap of sandwich meat. Terrible place and horrid suggestions
Sandwich was perfect. Really hit the spot. Ill be back here.

Good food. You can get a 6' or 7' if you call in and order ahead the day before (they can split it into different kinds of sandwich, and ask how often if any, you'd like it pre-cut). The bad: you have to wait in their normal lunch line to get it (some smaller ordered sandwiches they won't "have ready" but just make for you on the fly when you arrive). Also...the ambient...fun but a few...cruder jokes on the walls...dunno if I'll be going back...

My husband and I swear this place made us sick today! We should have known when coming in when we were greeted with a musty old mop smell upon walking in. We proceed because of the decent reviews, and my husband ate here many years ago and enjoyed it. Not sure if it's under new management or something but it's overpriced for a below average sandwich! They charge extra for everything (olives, extra onions, extra pickles etc.). My husband and I spent $29 on a 10 inch and an 8 ich sandwich with chips!! So ridiculous. We proceed and we immediately regretted our decision. We got bad stomachaches upon getting home. Needless to say, the cleanliness of this place is way below average as well, there is a sour musty smell inside the restaurant. Not to mention, the sandwich we got was even below Subway quality. The meat is poor quality and honestly resembles the lunch meat you can get in he grocery store for $1 a packet, and they hardly add any meat to begin with! The sandwich you receive is a sloppy and soggy mess. The ingredients really seem poor quality! My husband and I asked for swiss and Jack cheese and we both got some sour version of cheap American cheese. Seems like they cut corners in every way to improve their margins. It's maybe a small step up from a gas station pre-made sub. Subway looks amazing compared to this place! Honestly, save your money and go to Subway. It's way cheaper and a much better sandwich.
