We were walking by this location when my very scrawny 15 yr old, who desperately wants to put on weight, spotted their ad for a 3 patty Samoa burger boasting 60g of protein. He was so excited about it and went in to check the price but since I'd had a lot of expenses recently I told him we couldn't get it. He must have looked pretty disappointed because after we'd walked away, nearly back to the parking lot, this sweet employee comes sprinting up to tell us that they would like to offer my son a chance to try the burger. He was a little embarrassed but couldn't pass it up. We went back and bought some fries to share while my son talked, at length, about just how great his burger was. The fries were pretty good too; real potatoes in disk shapes instead of sticks. Even though they had done us a favor, the staff treated us like highly valued customers our whole visit and seemed to genuinely care that we were happy. I am so impressed by the authentic kindness of everyone working that night; especially the sweet girl, I think her name was Michelle, who ran halfway around the block just to brighten my son's day. Good food, good people. This place deserves your business.

I can’t understand how this place has such a high rating. We had a party of six and not one of us was even mildly impressed. The buns were wildly undercooked, had no color and dense. The burger patties are smashed so thin and crispy that they disappear in the thick gummy bun. The plain cheeseburgers were truly sad — flat and carelessly assembled, the spicy one was oddly devoid of flavor despite having a long list of toppings — main taste was grease. The mushroom was equally boring. The fries were fine, but to only have fry sauce is ridiculous at this price point. They only have packets of nasty cheap ranch like they offer at cafeterias and the airport. Highlight was the fruity drinks, no complaints but we came for burgers. Better off going literally anywhere else. I’ve had junky burgers at Lagoon better than this. Very disappointing. Staff is friendly and obviously clueless about what they’re serving.

This place is one of the best out there when it comes to perfecting their craft. These are the best Hawaiian-style burgers out there. The menu is simple, and I love their open kitchen layout. Your bound to find a burger that you’ll fall in love with here, and the fries will have you in a chokehold with their fry sauce.

This location in Provo usually has live music and lots of seating. The vibe here is awesome, with great decor and a fun, lively atmosphere. If you’re in salt lake or Utah county, you’ve gotta try Seven Brothers.
