Always friendly and kind. They have the best sweet rolls! Love their BTA sandwiches! Love their seasonal salad with pulled turkey! Must try if you’re in the Provo area. Owners are very kind good people.

I lived in Orem for 20 years and loved their cinnamon rolls. I now live in Lehi so it has been a few years since I had been to Shirley’s. November 2025 I bought pumpkin bread and cinnamon rolls. The rolls tasted like bread with frosting on it - very small cinnamon flavor. The pumpkin bread was dry. I put them in the freezer- maybe my kids will eat it - in time I will throw out. The pumpkin bread I threw away. Today I was thinking of the change in quality and googled to see if change in ownership- YES. I guess that is the reason why the quality has gone down. My last time at Shirley’s.

Sadly I was ingnored All i wanted was a simple drink and breakfast sandwich When finally acknowledged, the response was . There are just two of us. my response.. ok no worries I'll go elsewhere. He didn't come across as he needed more customers.

This isn't necessarily a food review. We went to give our kids the BYU football pregame experience. We didn't have tickets for the game. I went in and spoke with Dani the manager and she reassured us we wouldn't get towed as the towing begins when the game begins. We were gone for 45 min to 1 hour, two hours before the start of the game and our car was gone. Our car had been towed. We went in to talk with Dani and she was AMAZING. She was not happy as this has happened to other people. She got to action and got on the phone with her boss and the owner. Dani took care of us as we were with our kids. She gave us free drinks and treats. The cinnamon rolls are really good. That was my first time trying their cinnamon rolls and they were on point. We will be returning for more cinnamon rolls. We were impressed with how Dani handled the tough situation. She kept us updated and informed about what was going on. They were simply amazing and helped resolve the situation. Shirleys care about their customers sincerely. Please go and support them they are quality people. Thank you Dani and all that were involved at Shirleys!!

Cinnamon rolls are gas

Recently moved and my wife and I were excited to try it out!

The bakery goods were amazing!! The cafe food was disappointing...
we got an elephant ear, which was basically a large, flat, caramelized cinnamon roll. 10/10.
The grilled cheese sandwiches weren't grilled, the bread was still soft and the cheese was unmelted.

I plan to return for baked goods :)

Cozy spot! The building is absolutely adorable and the food inside is even better. We chose a few baked goods but in conversation at check out learned that the most popular items are the cinnamon and raspberry rolls. We will absolutely be returning to try those! Such amazing service. Greeted immediately and answered our questions very kindly.

Just went in and orderd 4 dozen orange Rolls for Thanksgiving. Its not the same as Lehi Bakery that use to do orange glazed But look forward to this version

We parked here for a BYU football game, they told us we could purchase $20 worth of product and place our receipt on the dash. Our car was towed and it cost us $400. This is unacceptable. We basically paid to have our car towed. MAKE THIS RIGHT SHIRLEYS.
