Shirley’s Orange and raspberry rolls are amazing!!!!! Even if you think you are just a cinnamon roll fan you need to try the other flavors!! Very soft and moist!

Tried to order a basic latte with whatever dairy substitute they had available. They don’t do lattes. They don’t have dairy substitutes. Literally all they have was the cappuccino machines they have at gas stations. I ordered a panini. Took it home to eat it only to learn it was a completely different order. I still ate the food I got because I was hungry and I paid $10 for it. It was really good, which is why they’re still getting 4 stars and not something lower. This place should not be labeled as a cafe or coffee shop (if you search coffee shop, it comes up as one). Shirley’s, hit me up if you actually become a cafe in the future. I’ll go back if that ever happens.

The food is delicious here, hence why I keep coming back. But the drive thru and the service is terrible. They are always out of multiple things, and I have been given the wrong thing 3 out of 4 times. The teller doesn’t actually seem to care what I’m ordering and just gives me whatever. English is poor (which is fine, but not if you don’t try and get the order right regardless). This last time I asked for 4 of a specific flavor of sweet bun and the employee agreed and said they had it and then gave me 4 different kinds and didn’t mention it. And this keeps happening! Food is delicious but I’m frustrated that I’m consistently treated so poorly at the drive thru.

Always have to stop for a bag of the most delicious sweet rolls in the state. Their dinners rolla are also fluffy and soft. Love their food!

SAD DAY - I have been buying Shirley's rolls for every family gathering we have had for over 25 years. However, I think everything about Shirley's has changed. I called to order 12 dozen rolls for a wedding. The total is $89.88 before tax. Utah Tax law on their rolls is 3% plus 1% since they can provide restaurant service. So 4% tax total ($3.60) = $93.48. However the employee on the phone, said my total was exactly $100. I was picking up the rolls myself. No delivery. I asked what else I was being charged for. All they could say was tax and that was what their machine tells them the total is and they can't do anything about it. I asked to talk to a manager. The manager didn't know any more than the employee. So they gave me the email to their boss. They would not give me a phone number. I emailed multiple times and got NO response. At $100, without knowledge of any other fees, I was being charged 12.68% tax. That is illegal. If there is a particular fee (which I've never had to deal with over the last 25 years) there should be transparency to the customer. For a wedding, every over-budget dollar adds up when everyone is trying to do it to you. I love their rolls and cinnamon rolls! But their price is already higher than most bakeries and now it looks like even more charges are attached. Sad Day

had to share how awesome this bagel shop is! Their bagels are an easy 10/10 and on top of it all I accidentally left a pair of sunglasses behind and they kept them safe until I came back the next day to pick them up! Thank you again:)

Had a great first experience here today! My family ordered lunch- the soup and sandwiches were great! The fresh baked rolls were especially delicious. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Our service was great! We were served by Dani and she was kind and professional. She was patient with my questions and with my toddler’s enthusiasm. Would definitely recommend Shirley’s!

Omg, how great this place is for their treats and sandwiches! Yum. Very clean and gracious! Service was ☆☆☆☆☆ exceptional! Nice job! The Turkey, dressing sandwich was delicious! A place you must go and eat... get yourself a treat or two. Take some home like I did! I will be back when I get back to Utah.

Your cinnamon rolls are the best I have ever eaten!
I live in St George, and every time we come up to Provo, we stop and get some of those delicious cinnamon rolls! ❤️

A quaint bakery with cottage core vibes and phenomenal baked goods. The breakfast sandwiches were exactly what you want from a homemade sammy: quality ingredients and delicious. The coffee was sub par. It tasted like it was left in the warmer too long and was burnt. Even sugar couldn't rescue the coffee but the food was 10/10.
