Great meal

Really great restaurant! Every dish I've tried was delicious. Nice cozy atmosphere and friendly service.

Food was awesome....didn't quite have that downtown china feel or look

The food looked really good. We were seated by the host. Waited for about 10 minutes. Two other couples were seated and had their orders taken. No one ever came to the table to serve us so we just left.

We stop here every year on our annual ski trip (where we stay in Provo because it's much less expensive than Park City).

The quality and flavor of the dishes I've had are a good full-step above most other Chinese restaurants I've been to. They can be a little different than you might expect.

Pork fried rice would be better if they used the red pork. Honey walnut shrimp was delicious and the chips and egg drop soup were delicious. We will come back and try again other dishes.

This place is great.

This place has great Chinese food! I’ve been a few times now and have enjoyed it every time. They give you complimentary wonton chips with sweet and sour dipping sauce. They have reasonably priced lunch specials that come with a soup, an egg roll and either steamed or fried rice. My favorite is the sesame chicken. I have also tried the cashew chicken and the general Tso’s chicken and those are both good too.

Our waitress was so kind and and the service was professional. We were quickly served and the atmosphere was peaceful and well taken care of. Unfortunately, the actual food was not impressive. Most dishes tasted the same and it was very sweet and salty across the board, lacking individual flavor and flare.

The black pepper steak was amazing! General Tso’s chicken was seasoned perfectly and not too spicy. This place has a great atmosphere and wonderful menu! I would come here again it’s just said they are short staffed and we had to wait longer than typical and were always thirsty due to the salty food and not getting our waters refilled.

I just ordered thru Door Dash an order of salt and pepper chicken. I have been ordering this dish ever since the restaurant was called Lily’s many many years ago that opened in the river Woods. Shoots then opened after Lily’s closed and salt and pepper Chicken has been my very favorite dish on the menu for 20+ years. However, tonight I am sending a review that I am so disappointed in the flavor of this dish. There is some kind of seasoning that has been added to it. That is a flavor that does not taste good. I have always enjoyed the saltiness and the pepper of this dish, but they have added some kind of weird seasoning to it since I ordered it a few months ago. I will no longer be ordering from Shoots because of this. I don’t think it is right that they change the seasoning of a dish that they have carried for so long. I am very, very disappointed that this restaurant would do such a thing and ruin a very special and different dish with a horrible kind of seasoning that just completely ruined the flavor. I would like to ask for my money back because it has been a very disappointing Evening when I tasted it, I am not happy about it.

Ordered take out. Food was very good. Portions were smaller than expected. We ate everything! Would come here again fo sho.

I had a great time! Their employees are very nice and are probably the nicest waiters I have ever been helped by. Price-wise I honestly think isn’t that bad, it’s really nice in there, and they clearly care about the quality of food! I’d recommend their Mongolian Beef, it’s a nice sweet and savory dish that me and my partner always get!
