Foods always good. Service has been poor for a while now. Seems like people who work there don't know what they're doing or don't care very much. Can't beat the price for what you get though. Usually pretty quick and decent quality of food. I don't go for the atmosphere, but it can get a little loud at times, just like any sizzler though. Great place to eat for the most part!

Excellent dining experience, food was well prepared and served in a timely manner, the server however seemed to have been forgetful or otherwise occupied when asked to provide condiment or napkins. Other than that it was perfect service.

Jovany is super friendly server with great customer service! They also have a new manager.

I love the healthy salad bar at Sizzler in Provo. I want it to thrive and be busier.

Waitresses need to tell the person they are seating if they will be the server or if who else will be the server as they seat you. They should smile at all customers, even if some customers have complained about things previously, and be willing to serve them unless they have done something atrocious. If customers get only the self-serve salad bar, they shouldn’t be offended if customers pay the customary amount of 10% tip since it is a buffet, especially if they didn’t check on the customer for long periods. Servers should check on their guests every 15 minutes to see if they need things like napkins or BBQ sauce or anything else. Any servers who refuse to serve customers just because they think the customer complains too much or is picky should be fired, which means that most of your servers should be fired, since they refuse to serve customers they don’t like.

The manager needs to check on guests to see if they need anything instead of pacing in the kitchen and trying to avoid eye-contact. He needs to smile at guests.

If you have avocados part of the year or part of the day, but not the other part, put a sign up saying you are out of avocados currently. I feel anxious that perhaps earlier customers got avocados who came in earlier in the day and that I am not getting as good of a deal when I come in after 7 pm and they are out most of the time. It would be nice if you could order more so that you always consistently have avocados every open business hour. I feel like I have to ask every time I come because often they have them in the back but didn’t bring them out for some reason. I feel annoying asking every time.

When I worked in the food industry I was taught that the customer is always right, meaning that you should sympathize with customers who are upset, rather than arguing with them.

I don’t think my 2 year old should have to pay $7-8 for the salad bar. I think you need to charge $1 per year old the guest is. My 2-year old only eats about $2 of food then comes home and immediately tells us he is hungry. Thanks for offering Tuesday Kids Eat Free days!

I would hire employees who have conservative appearances instead of those with extreme hair styles, makeup, and tattoos. I think you could find some kind and polite servers from BYU students if you don’t have rude and scary-looking servers. At Olive Garden they got rid of rude servers & now they have a team culture of polite & professional servers and they are so busy all the time & have tons of employees. One of your servers akira told me that the servers there were toxic & it wasn’t a good place to work.

When people come in it would be nice to be seated without all the servers gathering in the back to whisper about and discuss who wants to serve that customer & making them wait several minutes until someone is willing to seat customers. Employees need to speak politely & not say short quick responses and run off. We have been particular about being seated where there is good lighting because I can’t see my food in dark areas. I don’t mean to offend servers by asking for these things. Also, there is a big draft in the cold months that comes in strongly at one table so we usually ask to sit somewhere else if they seat us there in the winter since we have skinny kids who get cold easily.

It would be nice if we could get cheese toast without having to ask for it too.

The food was not good. I hardly ate anything. My grandmother loved her Malibu chicken. She wasn't too fond of the salad bar.

Absolutely loved my recent visit to Sizzler in Provo! Kate was our server and she was fantastic—super quick, accurate, and always had a cheerful attitude. We never had to wait for refills and our meals arrived almost before we finished our salads. Great service and great vibes—thanks, Kate!

Manager was nice at entry and helpful explaining menu. Otherwise an unpleasant experience. Dessert 'buffet' was just dried out brownies and ice cream. Food wasn't good. Waitress abandoned table after bringing food- never got a refill on water. Bathroom was blocked off for cleaning the entire 45 minutes was there.
