This is a great concept. It is difficult to decide on what to order. The choices cover a wide array of flavors. We all enjoyed our choices. I also recommend the Greek salad.
We were in Provo on a trip and wanted to get some Pizza. We ended up at Slab Pizza. They have a different approach by having you order a "slab" (1/4 pizza) instead of a whole pizza. If you want a whole pizza, you order 4 slabs. Some of the pizza topping combos are unique, but very good. I would give it 5 stars but it is a little on the pricey side. However, I would go back.
The pizza tasted great, until I woke up in the middle of the night with a huge stomach ache that didn’t go away for hours. Probably won’t return.
We first came here last year... and it was good! So we came back and it was great. Menu has plenty of choices. The idea is you get a 1/4 of a 20 inch pizza so it’s big! Staff are friendly and helpful and I like that it’s Off the main road so it’s never been packed whilst we have visited. I totally recommend this pizza joint
While visiting my college son, I had my first slab pizza. He had Thai Chicken and I had one with bacon, candied walnuts, bleu cheese, arugula, and pear (I forget the name). It was wonderful. The crust is thin but still chewy, and each serving is really three slices ... so little ones don’t need their own. Also, the ice in the soda machine is fabulous.
Their pizza is thin and quit crunchy -so it isn’t for everyone - but there’s something about it that we just love. The Austin - with the green chili’s, bbq sauce, and egg on top is delicious! The bbq chicken is tasty - especially with a side of ranch dressing! The individual order is three large slices of pizza - or you can order an entire pizza that is gigantic!
This is a favorite with students at BYU. My husband has eaten there several times and while we aren't thin crust pizza fans, the pizza is good and the toppings are plentiful. I chose a Hawaiian slab and added mushrooms. My husband had the Three Meats and it also had lots of toppings including a spicy sausage. The idea is interesting - you basically order a fourth of a pizza and there are lots of variations on toppings. It didn't take any longer than a regular pizza place although it might when it's a peak times. Our choices came out piping hot served on a piece of paper. I like the minimalist idea of this place. There's one artwork on the wall (and a TV which really isn't needed). The restaurant lacks ambiance and decor but it doesn't really matter when you get down to focusing on eating the delicious pizza that just arrived at your table. It's a little pricey when you figure that an entire pizza would be about $24 but being able to order a fourth of what you really want (and have the capacity to eat) is a good idea!
My family and I ate dinner here. There are many choices of toppings (We had Thai chicken/yum, NM Green Chili/yum, and chicken cordon blue/so-so/too rich.). The staff was not very friendly, the decor was bland, and the slices seemed a bit overpriced. If nothing else, it gives one ideas to make pizza at home.
If you’re into crunchy flat pizza crust, cheap cheese, and basic toppings than this is a great choice! Not at all, really basic food and a Costco slice is superior to their cardboard.
I really liked just one of the 3 pizzas I got- the local ramp. It was like eating chicken cordon bleu on pizza- delicious!!

This pizza is like a New York style huge slices and thin crust. I can’t wait to go back! If you are around BYU you need to try it. Good price for how much food you get!
I was very turned off. Yes, $8 for a quarter or slab of a pizza and a server that stared at her cell phone the entire time we were there...we just left without ordering
Just buy one slab per adult--it'll be plenty. I've only tried a handful of flavors, but have loved all of them and I look forward to trying more. The price point seems to be a fair spot. You can take it to go or eat in their cafeteria styled sitting area.
Had visited several times. Always great food and service. Son loves the Thai chicken, I had the "Julie's lasagna" this trip. Loved the ricotta cheese.
If you're going to Slab you have to try the Chicken Cordon Bleu. It is the best thing on the menu, hands down. Even if you don't like blue cheese, I think you'd still like this. The taste of blue cheese is not present at all. It's the best item I've had there.
