Service is always friendly. Disappointed they were out of regular Dr Pepper. We placed 3 orders with Dr Pepper before we were told they only had diet.

While I will admit the inside of this location is very bare bones-esque, the drink I ordered didn't disappoint! I got a diet Dr. Pepper with cherry & cheesecake syrups. Very delicious. It's a great place for a quick soda run.

My mixologist Lola was extremely rude and she cut me down whenever I tried to do some small talk. I felt extremely unliked and Wil not be returning. She has tainted my opinion on all sodalicous across the country and not in a good way.

I can get a Diet Coke with coconut and lime anywhere. I come to this location for the people. Sterling and Audrey in particular have been so fun and friendly since I started coming in and now they're just my homies. I'm pretty sure I'll find somewhere closer if they quite! But seriously, they make my drink just right, they're friendly and they know my name. What more do you want from a mixologists?

I'm not a soda drinker but since soda shops are a thing in Utah I had to give it a try. To be honest soda is just not my thing so I didn't understand the hype but I'm super glad I came in and gave it a try. But I have to admit it wasn't the soda that blew me away. It was the customer service. The team here was friendly, upbeat and super fun. I was able to taste a few samples of their signature sodas and opted to order the "ya mama". It was sweet but I liked it. The biggest take away was the service. I love when I get an experience and the two individuals who worked today provided me that. They were super friendly and understood the menu well enough to provide more than enough recommendations. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon with my team and it was empty. The space was huge and didn't offer anything to take away as far as ambiance. But the service alone supplemented for the lack there of.

I'm trying to think of a reason, to not give them five stars. And I can't think of any.I was greeted friendly when I walked in, and they were patient with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted.The prices were a bit lower than I was expecting, compared to some of their competition. (Although the cookies are still overpriced. Haha.)I ordered a southern gentleman, and it was quite enjoyable.It was all so pretty funny, watching the two mallards that were strolling around outside. Maybe they needed to get their caffeine fix as well. Haha

I understand it's just a soda shop but the customer service is lacking. The girl at the window did not greet me and I had to tell her my order without her asking because she was too busy chatting and laughing with coworkers. When I finally got my drink the cup was sticky, the drink was watered down and the ice was melted, like they gave me an old drink that was sitting around. On top of that, the flavor wasn't the right one. I've been to this location several times trying to give it another chance but each time there is always something wrong.
I always get O'Ryan at Sodalicious, and it is my favorite drink here. But some how, the sweetness of the drink was a little off. I think it is because the syrup was low or something? And I requested for extra dirty, and I think the cream was too watery.

Sodalicious is a fine establishment only made finer by their jubilant employees. You can count on them to give you the best service for your favorite snacks day in and day out. I have received wonderful service from a variety of employees over many years with my family. We have never had a bad experience. Two employees I have received great service from is Sanjay and Hugh. Sanjay has a very kind heart and is one of the most polite blokes you will ever meet, and Hugh is great at carrying on short and sweet conversations and is a joy to talk to. You can count on the great employees here to get you your favorite snacks and have fun interactions with :)

Came through the drive through on a Friday afternoon. There were no customers inside and we were the only car. When we got to the window for our drinks and after we paid, the girl opened the window and basically tossed me the cups as fast as she could, and before I could say a word, she closed the window and went back to chatting with the other worker. She didn’t give us straws or give us a chance us to even ask. How does a drink place not give you straws in the drive through? It was very annoying, because they weren’t busy at all they just wanted to get back to their chatting. My wife had to go inside the store to ask for straws and the two girls both acted so put out about it like we had some nerve asking for straws… Seriously this place needs to train staff on better customer service. I won’t come to this location again.
