We waited at drive thru for almost 10 mins trying to order some drinks. The lady waits till exactly 5 o’clock to answer on the speaker. Was not busy at all. She was not nice at all. I understand if she was maybe by herself and running it herself but honey, what is the point of these deals if the employees don’t let us use them?

Don't waste your time here. Every time I go I wait 15 minutes just for them to get my order wrong. Who would think just a drink would be so difficult. Last time I sat at the drivethru waiting for someone to take my order around noon and no one ever did

I used to be fine with this place despite some of the people who work here. The food is just fine and they always gave me good food but I guess today nobody wants to answer the window. You guys must've been really busy with something because when I worked there people were practically verbally abused if they didn't answer the drive thru or stall instantly.

The cup we got for a shake was so flimsy that it basically broke in half the first time we picked it up. We got a replacement cup - no lid - and despite it having spilled all over the car, no napkins. I had to track someone down twice to get napkins, since we only got about 5 each time we asked. It was busy, I understand, but we got the impression that no one cared to help or spend longer than 5 seconds with us.

Love their half price shakes in the afternoon/evening. Yummy shakes, though I do miss the larger variety they used to have. (Especially the jalapeño chocolate shake, that thing was awesome — chunks of real jalapeños!)

5 Stars for the amazing customer service from Lee tonight!! 🤩 I ordered thru the drive thru and from the get go she was attentive and respectful, and when I got to the window she was so kind and engaging, even at 11 pm when nobody wants to be at work! I also have never gotten my food so fast from sonic so I am very impressed. Lee deserves a raise!
