My fiancée has told me about sonic for a long time. To be honest, I didn’t quite believe the hype (she made it pretty unbelievable) 🤣 But it was actually really good! I’m a big fan of the mozzarella sticks, and the Oreo shake. 🫨 Will be back soon! Plus they gave us coupons 👍👍👍

Waited 25 minutes for a shake. 11 pm not too busy. When I asked what the reason was for the delay, the employee gestured around them rudely and ignored me. I work fast food, and get how things work. This was unacceptable. I rarely leave reviews, this terrible experience motivated me to do so. Night of service was Thursday, February 20th, 2025. 11 pm.

I can always recommend Sonic for Drinks, and Shakes, But JFC! I had their BLT and 10/10 would definitely recommend! I'm not one to know burgers, hot dogs, or chicken sandwiches, but I can say the chicken tenders are definite go to item for me. Fast, polite, and hard working employees! Provo Sonic is always my preferred location.
Parking: Even If all the stalls are occupied, there is a whole parking lot right in front of Sonic so never out of parking options.

Store says open at 9am on Sundays. Arrived here and no response at the drive thru or at the stalls. Waited 15 minutes. Might want to change the hours listed for Sunday if you're not gonna respond at that time.

I come here a lot and the last 3 or 4 times I’ve come they are always under staffed and take 30+ minutes to get my food. I understand if there’s only 2 people working but that isn’t a customers fault, that’s an issue where management needs to hire more people or schedule more people. Normally have a good experience other than recently.

Boooooo Sonic. My oreo Shake was 5% oreo and 95% whipped creme. Yuck. I asked for no cheese on my burger and got cheese. Made me sick. Service was mid. Never coming here again
This location needs to get they shiz together. Every time it’s a crazy long wait, they forget your order and then they finally bring you a cold burger and a drink they got wrong. Not being a Karen after one bad experience it’s literally every time bruh. Can Mr. Sonic please look into changing management or employees or something?

I went with some friends after the BYU game and the staff were very rude. They messed up our order then yelled at us and made us wait 30 minutes to get the missing item and we had to go up and get it ourselves cause they forgot about us. Very rude workers. Will NEVER be returning!!!
