In comparison to other Starbucks locations, this one does seem to be somewhat worse. The music is always WAY too loud (despite most people coming here to work and focus), and some of the employees do seem to be more interested in talking with each other than paying attention to the customers, keeping things clean (especially the bathrooms! The number of times the bathrooms run out of toilet paper is not funny), taking out the garbage (which frequently becomes too full), etc. There are also times when I do think employees could be kinder, more receptive, and less condescending to customers. This location can sometimes have a fun environment with so many young people working and doing homework here, but it generally seems to be worse than other Starbucks locations.

While the food might be good, the employees are the worst. They pre assumed and treated me unfairly. Starbucks be better and train your employees how to treat your customers with kindness and fairness. I would not recommend this location.

I love this Starbucks with my whole heart. The music here is amazing every time, the vibes are amazing, the workers are kind and always willing to help. I do not know his name but there is a taller gentleman with tight curls that is always so kind, he even brought me my mobile order when I started to get up to get it. Everyone here deserves all the love in the world, this is always my second home during the semesters and I love it.

Worst matcha latte I’ve ever had at any coffee shop. The matcha powder was all at the bottom of the cup and all I could taste in my nearly white colored drink was almond milk. No flavor because they didn’t blend the drink at all. I’m shocked management is allowing this to happen for a drink that costs $7. I wouldn’t want one for free. Lazy workers that clearly don’t care.

I politely asked for the music to be turned down, and they said they would, but it's been a half hour and the speakers are still set so high it's overdriving the speaker diaphragms . I put in my noise cancelling earphones and it is still much louder than the music i am playing. I pay ten dollars for a drink so I can study and work, not for my brain to be rattled. I don't even care that my 10$ drink was made wrong, because i came here for some peace so i could work, but it's so LOUD! I'm a nice person, but enough is enough on the seats shaking from the music being so LOUD.

Edit: Ten minutes after writing the above review, I politely asked again and they pretended to turn the music down, but it is the same extremely loud volume. This is ridiculous. I cannot even hear my podcast in my noise cancelling earphones over this junk music. It is brain rattling. I wish it had been this loud when I walked in and I would not have purchased anything.

Today I received the worst service in my entire life of going to Starbucks, 11:20 am on June 27, 2024. They gave me what I didn't order and in addition the girl offered bad service without calling me to claim my product saying that she didn't know the name. Starbucks is losing its quality of service. I feel very sad.
