Service was quick, friendly and fast but when I looked down at my sandwich and saw a bug cooked into it, wasn’t happy. Was very close to eating the fly/bug. Please check your food.

They have been getting my drinks wrong and when you call them they hang up on you and then their phones are busy when you go to call back they used to have a very nice employee their name Morgan she remembered me all the time but since she's gone employees have not been very friendly

I usually like starbucks, but ordering a $10 drink to receive 1/3 of the cup only filled is just outrageous. Do better SB.

This coffee company continues to fail even after several new CEO’s . They cannot execute, constantly fail. So done with their “I’ll be right with you” culture. Poor customer experience. Wait wait wait as cashier expects barista to get your simple coffee order and barista is too high up on the pecking order to do it. Forget your pastry order because you didn’t want it warmed up. How are you still in business?

I’ve come here a few times but this last time the guy working I think his name was Seth went above and beyond, I ordered through the app but had an inconvenience and ended up getting there 20 minutes later, he was super kind and friendly and offered to remake my drink so it could be fresh, and they did a cute ghost drawing, I will definitely be coming to this location more often

The girls working this afternoon were so amazing and helpful! I wanted to try the Matcha with pumpkin cold foam and look at how cute it is! It was so yummy. I just appreciated how kind they were! Thanks so much! Made my day!

Typical Starbucks coffee and a slightly better than average atmosphere for a Starbucks (which is generally pretty good)! But wow, the service was exceptionally bad!

I stopped to charge my car at the Starbucks branded chargers in front of the store.
After realizing it would be quite awhile before the charge finished I went in to use the bathroom.
I was told by barista with no name tag who called herself Benny that I cannot use the bathroom unless I buy something. She then proceeded to tell me I had no right to use the amenities at all. I was literally on the app at the time.
This is basic human dignity, not to mention I was buying Starbucks branded electrons for my car.
Whether her policy or the stores. Starbucks has lost a $500 a month customer over this policy and I’m letting everyone know.
Starbucks is free to set their policies but the current policies don’t respect human dignity and decency.
I’d say I’m getting a lawyer but since I am one, I’ll just make sure when I take clients out for meetings they’re aware of why we don’t do Starbucks anymore at all.

All of the gals at this Starbucks are outstanding, especially Mel. They are all very kind, courteous, and quick. I always look forward to coming in! 💜
