I don’t like to leave negative reviews but both of my drinks were made wrong. Stuff I paid for was forgotten or other specifications were missed and it’s just frustrating to see people not try at their jobs. Maybe it was a one off or maybe the other lady there was also complaining. There was no sense of urgency neither any seeming to care. Girl get up and PLEASE do your job!! The girlies just want their cold foam!

My favorite Starbucks locale! The baristas here do a wonderful job, are sweet, and make this location feel like a regular Starbucks café, not just a spot in the grocery store. Plus, they treat their customers so nicely, even decorating my cup and adding a nice comment on my pastry bag!

Blaine and the girls are absolutely amazing! Myself and my group of friends go there to have our coffee and hangout and talk while out kiddos are in school!!! We made the mistake of going to the East Bay location and was treated like garbage, we packed our stuff up and went to the Maceys location where Blaine and the girls take care of us! They always have smiles on their faces, always friendly and all around the best people working at this location.
Greatest staff, very friendly, eager to make you perfectly satisfied with your order. The crew definitely go above and beyond!!!

So, story time. At one point in my life I lived two blocks from here. At least, where this location is at. I would come to Macey's, 3 to 4 times a week, because I was a poor college student, and didn't have a vehicle. So, I would make a lot of short trips, because I had to carry the groceries a few blocks away.
Why am I telling you this? Because back in the day, this wasn't here. In fact, this Starbucks was not here, until the 1st of January 2022.
When I got here, I was a little shell-shocked, but I still decided to check it out. The two employees that greeted me were very sweet and very kind and they were so much fun to talk with. I ordered a dirty chai, and they made it quite well. At least, as far as Starbucks goes. Haha. At the time, they are having issues with their scan and pay system from your phone, so you have to pay with card or cash.
All in all, it went pretty well, and I appreciate the friendliness.

Genuinely my favorite Starbucks in Utah county. It’s right by where I go to school and I often head over for an after class pick me up. The baristas are exceptionally kind and they always get my drinks right, even though my orders sometimes get a little over complicated. They always manage to boost my mood before leaving
