I ordered beignets on DoorDash and they showed up undercooked.
We came in to be seated for breakfast at 9:45am and waited for 15 minutes without even seeing an employee let alone be greeted so we could sit down. Not so impressive, we would've really liked to try this place. Looks great inside but just never got serviced.
The atmosphere was beautiful and the waitress was incredibly kind she truly deserved to be serving better food. Unfortunately, my meal was really disappointing. The steak looked lifeless dull, grey, and completely unappetizing and the sourdough bread seemed more like plain white bread. The presentation overall felt like cafeteria food, which was such a letdown because the restaurant itself has such a great vibe.
The chef was very willing to accommodate, and the staff as a whole were wonderful. With a little more attention to food quality and presentation, this place could easily be something special.

The atmosphere was lovely. the space is so pretty and well decorated, and the service was great. The chefs were very accommodating, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. While it had ok flavor, it didn’t look like the photos and was overall pretty bland and looked (and tasted) more like cafeteria or fake food. For the price, I was expecting something more authentic or at least higher quality. I always get to-go boxes but I lost my appetite half way through the meal and couldn’t finish it which Is disappointing since I hate wasting food

Went in the morning shortly after opening on a midweek day, no wait. Food was served promptly and was absolutely delicious & atmosphere was wonderful. Loved the Nutella crepes & fried funeral potatoes side 🔥

The food was delish! The service was amazing! Our server was very attentive and helpful. I ordered one of the burgers and mac n cheese and both were a 10/10. My husband ordered the steak n frites and said it was a little overcooked but still had good flavor and the sauce with it was very yummy. Will definitely be returning to try the breakfast menu!
The employee who seated us had her shirt tucked up so you could see her belly button. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I felt that was unprofessional. The food was ok, nothing special, but not bad. The bottle of soda was good but overpriced. Everyone was very nice and the service was adequate.

My friend and I took advantage of their free dessert event yesterday and the desserts were so delicious that I had to order some Togo today! I love the beignets and fried cookie dough. I also ordered chicken wings, which did not disappoint!

The food here was yummy and the menu was very creative and fairly priced! We took our time ordering and our waitress was attentive since we were one of the only couples there.
The two stars are due to the fact we arrived at 8:20 and both felt very rushed to order. We were immediately asked if we knew what we wanted to order after sitting down and our conversation was interrupted multiple times for the same reason. We were also very firmly informed after receiving our meal at 8:43 that “[they] close at 9:00 and the kitchen is now closed.”
We witnessed a couple walk in just after, between 8:45-8:50, who were ushered out since the kitchen was closed (even though the open sign was still on even after we left) If the restaurant claims they close at 9:00, then the kitchen should close at 9:00. Otherwise, change the hours to close at 8:30.
While eating our meal (the food was really quite good) we were given our check just before 9:00 even though we had not finished our food or asked for the check yet. We felt pushed out of the restaurant.
Bottom line, the food is very good and I’m sure during early hours the service is very welcoming, but don’t expect to be served past 8:30 and plan on a quick dinner if you’re there after 8:00.

I went here previously and really wanted to try their smothered omelette. So, we returned today. It sounded so good; but, I was disappointed that the hollandaise sauce was very bland. My husband got the eggs Benedict and also thought the hollandaise sauce was unfortunately bland. The bacon was raw, so when I refused it, they said they would bring it back more done - which they did, burned. The atmosphere is wonderful and the last time I went, our food was good. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive this time, but our first visit was near perfect. I would suggest they “spice” up their hollandaise sauce a bit. I would like to go back and try something else next time.

I forgot to take a picture because I was so excited to eat my meal! This place is delicious and the service was great! (My cup was always full which is an automatic win) Such a fun twist on southern classics. The deep fried funeral potatoes were my highlight definitely order those. I also got the Jack Burger and my husband for the chicken fired steak and both were delicious. We left full and happy!

The staff couldn’t be bothered to greet or seat us while they were just standing around chatting.
