Matthias somehow knew what I wanted without me even telling him what it was!
The ice cream is just okay, and the service is poor. I took my kids here, not understanding how it worked. I asked the girl behind the counter and she said you could choose a flavor and “as many mix-ins as you want.” She conveniently did not mention that each mix-in is a dollar. My daughters got gummy bears and sprinkles (tiny spoonfuls of each). I was surprised at the cost at the end and the girl was very rude, acting like I was stupid and telling me I could have read the sign. Or she could have done her job and been helpful instead of rude and condescending. I ended up paying over $14 for two small cups of ice cream. Will definitely not be coming here again. Other Provo ice cream spots give you much tastier ice cream for the same price or less. I’d recommend Brooker’s for ice cream or Vinci for gelato.
Management at this location is terrible.
Really good ice cream. Cool and interesting way to experience ice cream.
Worth checking out especially if you want to try a new style of ice cream.
I love the vibe of this place. They have an eclectic collection of things here, including a Pokémon figurine dispenser and a bitcoin atm. They sell ice cream cakes, ice cream, Italian ice, and drinks such as hot chocolate. There’s even a second floor seating option.
The ice cream is great. Its super thick and creamy. Its still ice cream, but it does have its own unique feel and texture. The process of seeing the ice cream made is also really fun, and I think adds to the experience.
The staff was also very friendly! And the prices arent cheap, but arent expensive and definitely worth it.
In town from Arkansas this week and came here three different times. Beyond the incredible concept of nitrogen-frozen ice cream, the treat itself is delicious. Milee gave awesome recommendations and great service. We enjoyed talking to her while she made our ice cream.
Try Nutella with strawberries mixed in!
Delicious and fun ice cream experience. About $5 to $8 for a small to pint size. Lots of flavors and add-ons.
We LOVE coming here. The Ice cream has such a cool texture, and it tastes great. Thomas & his brother are fantastic, but the reason we won’t be coming back anymore is the customer service today. There was a girl working today without a name tag, who said she’s been here for 6 years. she had a horrible attitude. She doesn’t belong in any sort’ve customer service position. Left a bad taste in our entire groups mouth.
Excellent place to get ice cream treats and desserts after eating out downtown. Great flavors and price points - along with a fun show in getting them made!

Got the tiger’s blood ice cream. Long lasting taste at a reasonable price!
Great ice cream!
Came in for the first time to use a free ice cream coupon from Facebook. Got all the way to the register and showed the employee my coupon. She immediately gets defensive and tells me it’s only free with a purchase. I then am scanning around the store to find something to buy, to then which the employee tells me also I would have to pay for the toppings I picked and that they would be a dollar each. I asked her about another kind of ice cream and she rudely tells me that I would have to pay for that too. I said I would, but just asked if it was to late to get the other kind of ice cream instead. She stared at me and seemed very irritated. She replied, “well I already made this for you so no”. I left the store and didn’t end up getting anything because of the poor customer service. I was just a confused first time customer and the employee working there seemed irritated that I didn’t know how everything worked.
I don’t mean to be a perpetrator of the gen z stare, but I may have been enough of an annoyance, to be on the tier list for gen-z hating entry level jobs so much. However, even in my ignorant behavior; such as showing the first employee scooping my ice cream my free Facebook coupon, in hopes she would tell me if it’s valid, and ignoring the cashiers question about my payment choice (because I didn’t have enough dollar bills to pay for a SMALL $7.49 cup of ice cream, so I ran over to my grandpa so he could pay), I still feel that these young, 20 yr old-18 yr old, employees could be a bit more enthusiastic!
The worst place to enjoy ice cream in Provo! Terrible customer service. The place is hotter inside than outside, they have fans around the place but it is not enough, the place is humid that you feel sofocated and it stinks like a dirty bathroom. Not worth the experience. I hope the one in Lehi is in better condition because I am not coming back to the franchise in Provo!
