Great ice cream!

Kiara Bringhurst

Came in for the first time to use a free ice cream coupon from Facebook. Got all the way to the register and showed the employee my coupon. She immediately gets defensive and tells me it’s only free with a purchase. I then am scanning around the store to find something to buy, to then which the employee tells me also I would have to pay for the toppings I picked and that they would be a dollar each. I asked her about another kind of ice cream and she rudely tells me that I would have to pay for that too. I said I would, but just asked if it was to late to get the other kind of ice cream instead. She stared at me and seemed very irritated. She replied, “well I already made this for you so no”. I left the store and didn’t end up getting anything because of the poor customer service. I was just a confused first time customer and the employee working there seemed irritated that I didn’t know how everything worked.

I don’t mean to be a perpetrator of the gen z stare, but I may have been enough of an annoyance, to be on the tier list for gen-z hating entry level jobs so much. However, even in my ignorant behavior; such as showing the first employee scooping my ice cream my free Facebook coupon, in hopes she would tell me if it’s valid, and ignoring the cashiers question about my payment choice (because I didn’t have enough dollar bills to pay for a SMALL $7.49 cup of ice cream, so I ran over to my grandpa so he could pay), I still feel that these young, 20 yr old-18 yr old, employees could be a bit more enthusiastic!

The worst place to enjoy ice cream in Provo! Terrible customer service. The place is hotter inside than outside, they have fans around the place but it is not enough, the place is humid that you feel sofocated and it stinks like a dirty bathroom. Not worth the experience. I hope the one in Lehi is in better condition because I am not coming back to the franchise in Provo!

Personal opinion… but i didn’t like the texture of the ice cream and that put me off. I got mine with almond milk and it was pretty bland but it could have been my choices😡

Great atmosphere and a wonderful concept. Perfectly located off of main street and a block away from the temple. The ice cream is delicious but the experience of watching the freezing process makes this place unique. A must see.

Super yummy and you can't beat ice cream made in front of you! My kid loves it and if I'm honest I love watching it haha. I love the texture I always get the custard (I've been told by an employee that's their favorite too) it has a dipping for type texture that's really unique and yummy! The flavors are organized well so it's not overwhelming to look at. A little pricey but fun experience, we had good service too. The design of the building is so cool too! There's a big spiral stair case with a little area to eat ice cream. Super cool view upstairs of the temple, nuskin building, and the nebo mountain? In the back.

So delicious! Creamy. Great flavor. Walked by and so glad we decided to try it out. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed watching our ice cream being made. The prices were reasonable. I loved the selection. My husband had the sugar free option so the texture wasn't as good as mine.

I absolutely love the ice cream, it’s so good. Sawyer was by far the best worker, he would go above and beyond. But he no longer works here and the new crew isn’t nearly as enthusiastic or friendly. Sometimes it feels like i’m forcing them to serve me ice cream. That’s the only reason i’m not giving them 5 stars but I still recommend it to anyone because the ice cream is great.

UPDATE: Owners reached out and had us try it again, on the house. We played it safe and stuck with the citrus substance and peppermint bark. Fantastic. I guess we just made the wrong choice the first time.

Would and will be recommending to friends and family.

My wife got the coconut base with blueberry and peach flavor. Not sure what happened, but all we could taste was the nitrogen. Took it back, asked them to fix it. They threw the gross one back in the bowl and mixed it with a bunch of the other flavors. Not sure if we just had a dud or something but it still tastes like crap, but with a slight hint of blueberry.

I got the custard base with blackberry, raspberry and cheesecake flavoring. 6/10, wasn't great but not the worst dessert I've ever eaten.

All in all, probably wouldn't go back. It was expensive and not worth it for me.

3 stars.

In from Colorado on a work trip. Y'all this ice cream was so good we had to come twice during our trip. Don't skip this place. Also the staff were so nice and made conversation as well. We tipped them each time because not only did they make our ice cream they chatted and treated us to great customer service. I didn't write their names down unfortunately but we came in Friday night and Monday night so give them praise! A young woman and a young man.

They didn’t honor their coupon. Their product is delicious, but they are dishonest people.
