Conveniently located, at least for me, but the food isn't great. The bread is often undercooked and the fountain soft drinks are flat.

Walked in ready to order my sandwich, 50 mins before closing time. Employee said they were out of most vegetables (which were all the main ones for example: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, spinach) but the containers the veggies are in were gone. Pretty sure the employees had just put the veggies away trying to prepare for closing. We left to go to a different subway because they were being stingy and trying to close and not have customers. Teach your employees that you can’t put away food until it is closed.

I had a sandwich where they forgot the cheese. I called and they said to come back in with the sandwich and receipt. I did and they apologized and fixed the sandwich. They were very nice and chill. 10/10 customer service for me!

Two female workers had attitude and rolled eyes when I asked them to correct my sandwich they messed up. I politely told them to fix their attitude that’s no way to treat customers especially if you want them returning. They continued to roll their eyes and give attitude with under minded comments. One is a very oversized, no chin brunette. The other short,fl flat, boring blond. Highly recommend driving the extra distance for a better store.

I asked for a 6 inch sandwich and the guy asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said for half the time because last time you guys burned it so I just want it warmed up. So he obviously didn’t listen because he burned it and then I pointed that out before he put anything else on the sandwich that it looked burned and looked hard and dry and then he put lettuce on first and then the mayonnaise over the top so it squirted out the top instead of inside where every other subway puts it before the lettuce and I talked to the lady at the register about this and she said well, maybe talk to the manager and maybe they might be able to do something. I said I do not have time and I will just take it, but I will not give your store any more business because you’re giving away bad product and your sandwich kid either didn’t listen or didn’t care when I specifically said don’t put it in too long to burn it because you have done that in the past.

Walked in and it was very hot on an already 80+ degree day (Maybe the AC was broken?). Workers spoke very quietly so they had to repeat themselves many times before I could hear and they moved very slow. I was also surprised that they don’t have gluten free options. They don’t even have big lettuce leaves for a lettuce wrap. My husband enjoyed his normal sub though lol

So I usually grab a tuna sandwich for dinner after work. This location had NO tuna. Another customer wanted mayo on his sandwich. He had to settle for mayo packets instead. Since when does a subway sandwich shop NOT have any mayonnaise or tuna for a customer. Thank goodness that there are other subways along my trip home from work. I don't think I'll be going back to the one on 3rd south and 6th east on Provo.

I tried to use a promo deal I received on my Subway app but could not make it work. I went to this location since I've been there many times and thought they could help me. They tried using my app with no luck. I asked if they could give me the discount since I was at the store. No was the response. I said if I walk out the door I'll never be back. No was there response again. I'm ending my long time relation with Subway. If the app didn't work I really think they should be more customer orientated. I went to Sensuous Sandwich shop instead.
Three issues in one simple order is rather odd. Ordered sliced avocado and got smashed, ordered tomato and got none and didn’t get the chips I ordered and wasn’t given the option to choose another either - never mind that I’m allergic to wheat.
Thanks subway

Three of us got there about 20 minutes before closing time and all of the items to put on your sandwich were already gathered up to put away for the night. So the two girls that were there seemed disappointed that they had help us and had to put everything back in the trays so that we could have three sandwiches made. I don't know about the girls that were with me, but I got a veggie sandwich and the white bread was so tough I could hardly bite through it. I threw half of it away I was so disappointed! They even had the floors mopped so we had to walk on wet floors and get them dirty, it just felt like we should not have gone there! It was not a happy experience!

Not super impressed. I didn't feel very welcomed and almost like I was a bother. It would be nice if they washed hands in between cleaning and making food. The bread was super TOUGH/stale so it was really hard to eat, and it wasn't end of night either, but the sandwich was made well otherwise. Over all, it was meh. Mediocre at the very best.

Good food but people weren't very nice
Wheelchair accessibility: Just recommendation I think all stores need to have accessibility with a little push button on the building to help people with wheelchairs to get in

How do they run out of food at 7pm? Seems like whenever I come to this particular Subway they are just lazy. They definitely should do a revamp if they want to stay open.
