I tried to use a promo deal I received on my Subway app but could not make it work. I went to this location since I've been there many times and thought they could help me. They tried using my app with no luck. I asked if they could give me the discount since I was at the store. No was the response. I said if I walk out the door I'll never be back. No was there response again. I'm ending my long time relation with Subway. If the app didn't work I really think they should be more customer orientated. I went to Sensuous Sandwich shop instead.

Not super impressed. I didn't feel very welcomed and almost like I was a bother. It would be nice if they washed hands in between cleaning and making food. The bread was super TOUGH/stale so it was really hard to eat, and it wasn't end of night either, but the sandwich was made well otherwise. Over all, it was meh. Mediocre at the very best.

Wheelchair accessibility: Just recommendation I think all stores need to have accessibility with a little push button on the building to help people with wheelchairs to get in

How do they run out of food at 7pm? Seems like whenever I come to this particular Subway they are just lazy. They definitely should do a revamp if they want to stay open.

Says they are open till 10 that's either a lie or they closed early last night. Their app let me order before 9:30 pm and said I couldn't after so I placed my order at approximately 9:10pm. Didn't get to get my food nor have I gotten a refund yet.

I have gone to this Subway at least TWICE now after 9:00 am to get breakfast while my car was being repaired next door and it was crickets, even though it says on the front door that they open at 8:00 am. The doors were locked and zero sign of any personnel. And there are really no other places within walking distance where you can have a sit-down meal. Very frustrating!!! I am led to assume that this Subway is under VERY poor management.

Subway now give codes that are not accepted at all locations, go figure lol. And using to code they gave me for a footlong sub for $6.99 doesn't even work at all, and the gave it to me today saying, " We miss you, come back. I call CAP lol, good bye Subway, you will jever get my business again. And any company that is affiliated with you, will also lose my business.

The people at this location are nice, the company on the other hand is another story.

They seem to always be out of specific breads or meats. Can be a good sign because they sell quick, or also bad because they never have enough.
