Man, I thought it was going to be a mediocre sandwich when I saw the lady working there, about half way through of her slipping it together I didn't have the heart to tell her nevermind I don't want it.... So I ate about half of a footlong, which for 2 was $19 in the trash. And then put the rest of the sandwich in the trash along with the $20 lost on it.... Bleh
I work down the street from this location. I usually come in 1-2 times a week for a sandwich. Usually no issues. Soggy bread sometimes but it happens. However, today I went in for a pickup. When I got back and unwrapped it the bread was burnt so bad it would make a crouton jealous. Threw out the bun and just ate the contents inside. Reached out through their online customer service portal. Response was not satisfactory in the least. I’ll be going to a different establishment here on out

I ordered through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed with my experience. When my food arrived, the sandwich was poorly wrapped and falling apart. The mayo and mustard were oddly placed in the middle of the meat, causing it to squish out the sides and cover the outside of the sandwich. To make matters worse, there was a black hair right on top of the sandwich—impossible to miss. It was incredibly off-putting.
The front of the bag had a strange cat doodle on it, which made me wonder if more effort was put into drawing on the bag than preparing the food. On top of that, the cookies I ordered were stale and completely dried out. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and I definitely won’t be eating from here again.

Takes them forever to make a single sandwich. Not good customer service.
Really bad service. The employee who made our order was painfully slow, it felt like we wasted a lot of time for a small order. She didn’t greet us or communicate clearly, never made eye contact. An employee on break took the time to come up and whisper something in the ear of the employee making our order and they giggled before resuming making our order. I could let all of this slide if it weren’t for how long it took, I could have done my taxes in the time it took for this employee to put our meal together and have us checked out.

went to go to subway, but had to run across the street first. in the 2 minutes i was gone an employee placed a sticker on my window. I WAS GOING INTO SUBWAY AFTER. the sticker will not come off the window. extremely disappointed, if only he would've waited 1 more minute i was going to be getting food. absolutely NEVER going there, employees have a stick up their ass.
I hope the owner would check this location. You have three employees but only one is doing all the work. The lady that prepared my order was the only one caring about the orders. The other two were wondering around while seeing that the place was busy. I cannot believe how unproductive and unprofessional they were. I will never come back again.

I work down the street from this subway I normally go there if I forget my lunch or didn’t pack one. normally never a problem unless it’s the girl manager with black hair I went there for lunch the other day and I ordered online for a pick up at 12:00PM, everything went through fine until I got to the store. The lady was sitting there not doing anything and told me it would be done in a few minutes I waited 20 minutes and went back up there to see if my order was almost done, she told me she hasn’t even started it so I waited another 10 minutes and went back up there to see if it was done and she said the same thing. So I just left and they still ended up charging me for my order even tho I asked them to cancel it. This is normally a good store just bad some bad mangers work there

food was bussing bussing fr no cap. 10/10 would recommend. also if you like waiting in lines, this isnt the place bc they move very fast
