Called this Subway to ask a few questions about a school entrepreneurship project. The person who answered didn't seem too interested in it. I respect and understand that they probably get a lot of spam calls and thought that I was a spam call, but they hung up one me.
When I called again, they told me to take them off their call list. I made it clear that it was not spam and just wanted to talk with someone who could help me, but she hung up on me again. I just wanted to ask some questions and get some help. It would have been nice if someone had just helped me to know what I could or couldn't do. They just hung up on me. I would have been totally fine if the answer had been no.
Nothing against Subway itself, and the employee was doing what they thought was right, so no hard feelings toward them. I just wish I had gotten a little bit more help.

Dude, no joke, actually best subway I’ve ever had, whoever the dude was working, he was all alone working, and he absolutely slayed away on my sandwiches. Yeah, I say sandwiches cause I actually purchased 6. Yeah I’m insane, but I had coupons that where about to expire, buy one get one free footlongs, I had to use them. The guy, he was so awesome, idk what his name was, but gave him a raise, and he even donated plasma earlier in the day, he’s a saint. He was funny, he was friendly, he was an absolute chef. Those sandwiches absolutely made my entire week, thank you! So! Much! Will be coming back with or without my coupons

Understaffed, slow employees, not enough ingredients, very long wait.
Great staff, very enjoyable experience, when I found that they removed the spicy Italian, they helped me find a suitable replacement. 9.5/10 would recommend

I had a great experience there! I enjoyed the food, I love how I can chose it to be however I want to be. I enjoyed eating there too. A good place to get lunch when I forget to pack my own.

I had an outstanding experience at SUBWAY® recently. Despite the rush—with a long line of customers and plenty of online orders in the queue—the team handled everything with remarkable professionalism. My order was completed within just 10 minutes, which is impressive given how busy they were.
What really stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. I even wanted to give a compliment to one of the employees with her lovely red hair; her positive energy truly brightened my day. Every team member I encountered was not only efficient but also genuinely kind and attentive to customers.

I’ve been here so many times and every time it’s almost the same exact experience. The workers seem miserable and like they don’t want to be there, they carry themselves as if it’s such a burden to do their jobs and they have an attitude about it. No matter what my food that is made poorly. Just save your money don’t come here

Man, I thought it was going to be a mediocre sandwich when I saw the lady working there, about half way through of her slipping it together I didn't have the heart to tell her nevermind I don't want it.... So I ate about half of a footlong, which for 2 was $19 in the trash. And then put the rest of the sandwich in the trash along with the $20 lost on it.... Bleh
I work down the street from this location. I usually come in 1-2 times a week for a sandwich. Usually no issues. Soggy bread sometimes but it happens. However, today I went in for a pickup. When I got back and unwrapped it the bread was burnt so bad it would make a crouton jealous. Threw out the bun and just ate the contents inside. Reached out through their online customer service portal. Response was not satisfactory in the least. I’ll be going to a different establishment here on out

I ordered through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed with my experience. When my food arrived, the sandwich was poorly wrapped and falling apart. The mayo and mustard were oddly placed in the middle of the meat, causing it to squish out the sides and cover the outside of the sandwich. To make matters worse, there was a black hair right on top of the sandwich—impossible to miss. It was incredibly off-putting.
The front of the bag had a strange cat doodle on it, which made me wonder if more effort was put into drawing on the bag than preparing the food. On top of that, the cookies I ordered were stale and completely dried out. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and I definitely won’t be eating from here again.
