I've eaten here a few times and haven't had a bad experience until today, 11/9. The two people working around lunch time were so out of it and clearly didn't want to be there. I order a new sandwich and wanted to make sure it didn't come with something I wasn't able to eat and the person got so annoyed I was asking what came on the sandwich.
I should have said something but honestly I just wanted to leave after watching the person slam the guacamole scoop into my chicken and put it right back into the container. As a person with dietary restrictions this made me want to vomit. I spent $9.14 on a 6 inch sandwich I couldn't bring myself to eat.

I came in and before I ordered the employee grabbed their device from their back pocket with gloves on, put it back in their pocket, then proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. I was pretty unsettled by this and I should have brought their attention to it, but didn’t. They already seemed like they were having a bad morning. I know this happens sometimes, and people don’t realize they did it, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat the sandwich, and risk getting sick from the germ fest that was on that device, that was then transferred to the food. Just change the gloves.

Employee busted the tip of the mustard so it dumped all over the sandwich. He acted appalled when told to make a new one. His original reply being “can’t I just pull off the pieces out touched and replace them?”

Tables all had crumbs and.. I was the only customer so.. vibe was off with “whip would have ate that?”

I went in not knowing what I was wanting, but the employee there helped me by listing off his favorites and was trying to help find what was best suitable for me. It was a very nice atmosphere and the food was delicious! Overall amazing service and patience by the employee Moe! I would recommend him if you are wanting help!

Stopped in Subway earlier this week while visiting. I had been craving an Italian BMT, usually I have to be very specific with how I want my sandwich made, but baby, when I tell you, Moe did the damn thing! That sandwich was made to perfection. I wish I could pack him up and take him with me to Texas. He could show the guys at my local subway a thing or two.
