How is this place not shut down yet? The service when this "so called manager" is working closes the store 2 hours early and ignores people when they need service. What the heck is going on?
I just called for the corporate number and I got told their franchise and asked for the franchise number and they asked me why I needed it. Why that's any of their business in the first place they also gave us the wrong number.
It's my husband's birthday tonight and we got a Subway card from his mother. He walked all the way down there and took all of our three kids just so he could act a fool in front of them. And put a bad vibe on my husband for his birthday
How many complaints does it take to get rid of this guy?

We absolutely love coming to this Subway. The store manager is great and the other staff are super friendly. It's a bit out of our way, but it is always worth it!

We said to put extra on all the veggies on our online order and this is what we get when we got home. This isn't even satisfactory for just asking for a regular amount of veggies.

Had lots of trouble ordering online due to the app and website being a real difficult and not accepting payment. Tried with multiple sources and phones. Management's hands are tied and can not honor online specials.... not right corporate!

Every time I come to get a sandwich on my way to school they are closed even though the hours on the door say they open at 8:00. It’s now 8:23 and they are still not opened.

I ordered the "Monster" which is an online only sandwich. What a gimmick! It's just a steak and bacon with double cheese. I cannot believe that they charge over $14 for this normally after tax. It was tiny, if I hadn't used the $6.99 any footlong deal going on right now I would have been very upset. The sandwich was very tasty so don't get me wrong about that. It's just the size and regular price are absolutely ridiculous. Don't get this sandwich!

It was pretty empty when I went. They made it easy to get two sandwiches in one order, and got a macadamia cookie lickety split when we asked about them being gone from the display. Excellent service this morning!!

We live right down the street and my kids LOVE subway. We have had SO MANY bad experiences with the manager Nate there. He closes the store two hours before it should even be closed.... Every time we have tried to go anyway.. We've also tried to call in our orders and when picked up...he had them completety wrong! When we asked for a refund he told us to bring in our sandwiches the next day because they were almost closed ( way before the time they should have closed) and he would make us new ones!Also their doors are always closed way early at night before what is listed online, we went in and walked as a family and the doors were locked one night, we walked through the drive-thru and he's seriously told us.. we had to have a vehicle to order through the drive-thru.I got upset and I told him I was turning him into corporate. I haven't done that yet but we actually went in there tonight 2 hours before they were supposed to shut down and saw three different people trying to open the door and turned away they tried a couple times and we're in unbelief.At this point I'm done with him he is not a good manager he's driving business away! If corporate knows what's best for Subway, they will get rid of him.
