Not traditional sushi, and that's okay. It was a pleasant and refreshing break from the norm. The Quesito Spicy Roll was deep fried, with crab meat and steak inside, topped with melted mozzarella cheese. There were 4 sauce choices, all of which paired well with the roll, my favorite being the darker, sweet/spicy sauce. All in all, a yummy fusion of cultures wrapped into a sushi roll.

The food here is great. The seafood is surprisingly higher quality than you come to expect in Utah and the presentation is quite nice especially for the reasonable prices and this being a restaurant in Provo. My wife, who has exceedingly high standards of ceviche, is quite excellent. The shrimp was delicious. Thanks for a great meal. We will be back!

The BEST ceviche in the State of Utah! I have been on the hunt for over a year now to find the most authentic, fresh and well severed ceviche in the state! I am glad the search is finally over! The service was on point and their house sauce is amazing!

We enjoyed a variety of dishes because it was our first time here. We received fresh sushi but asked for no cream cheese. We also had the fried fish, which was delicious! The real star of the show was the Steak Taco. I've never eaten such a delicious steak taco in my life! That leads me to my recommendation for this restaurant: if you order savory Mexican and sushi together, you will only desire the savory meal. So keep that in mind while ordering; you could definitely come back for a new meal variety each time:) They also serve delicious margaritas!

Victor, the server, makes this place 5 stars, he was extremely professional, attentive, and gave personal recommendations and tips on how to best enjoy the food, he also held the door open for us when we left :’) Victor deserves a raise for his exceptional service. The quality of the food was surprisingly excellent, everything was really fresh. We ordered the Rock Shrimp for an appetizer, and it was a very generous amount of shrimp, especially for an appetizer, it was my favorite thing probably. I also had a shrimp taco which was really good. I am somewhat of a shrimp connoisseur (shrimp fiend) and this is not your sub-par soggy, shriveled, bland, grocery store shrimp…these shrimp are big, juicy, flavorful, and didn’t die in vain. They are DELICIOUS! My husband ordered the Ceviche Mazatlan and said it was the best ceviche he’s ever had, it was very spicy though, so be prepared for that. I tasted some and can confirm, the ceviche slapped, and the octopus in the ceviche tasted really fresh. We also ordered a Tempura sushi roll, which i would highly recommend if you like tempura sushi. This place is quality, and i hope it gets the recognition it deserves
