I will always choose this location over the other Provo one! Their staff is always so upbeat and friendly. I particularly have to shout out Luis, I’ve NEVER seen him in a bad mood (I’m at Taco Bell way more than I should be lol). He’s so attentive, and so kind! Whoever his boss is needs to give him a raise, he’s the best fast food worker I’ve ever met!

I went through the drive through and they didn't give my debit card back after I paid. The next day I searched for half an hour before I realized what happened and went to the store to pick up my card. The drive through employee confirmed that he had my card but they couldn't find it. They said it might be in the safe but they couldn't open it until the manager was working the next day. I left my phone number to have the manager call me once they were able to get my card out of the safe. Another day passed and they never called me so I called again and was told that they threw my card away. I try to be understanding of honest mistakes but I am very frustrated that I spent multiple days trying to get my card back and I will still have to go into the bank to get it replaced.

Sometimes gets messy by the stories of the store to go get stuff
I went in with my son. Was not greeted, and no help was found. (This was preferred in my situation because I was trying to explain pictures to the boy ya see..)
I looked and realized I had over complicated the situation because there was an electronic menu right there for me.
I showed pictures, placed the order and as soon as my money was gone, people showed up and I got my food. While dining there, customers were greeted, orders were taken man to man, tables were wiped and restaurant remained clean. I believe the man that was manning the counter was manager because he walked with purpose, took pride in his work and did a great job.
It was a fun experience, with a bit of humor, and I only rated less than 5 because I likely said chalupa, but in fact what I wanted was a gordita.. happens to the best of us I’m sure but.. they looked the same in the pictures
I ordered food close to closing, and despite that Luis and Norman fulfilled my order and then some. Initially they only had 9 nuggets left for a 10 nugget order, but they told me to pull back around in a couple of minutes to give me 5 more nuggets for the wait and inconvenience. That is no inconvenience for such great service. Both Luis and Norman called me by name and made the whole experience personable, welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely rude employees who cared more about the times that it took to get us food that we hadn’t even ordered yet then they did about actually helping us. Zero out of 10.
