Unfortunately the only thing they got right was putting the cheese in the cup.. Wrong meat in the chalupa after specifying that it needs to be beef... Tacos were soggy and they fell apart and couldn't eat them.

I’ve never written a bad review on any place before, but today me and my family went to this Taco Bell location specifically because the other one we usually go too ran out of the green chili queso for the Crunchwrap sliders. The drive thru service was awful, the guy was mumbling on the speaker and kept getting our order wrong despite speaking up more and more each time. They gave us a Baja blast freeze instead of the dirty Baja blast and when we asked for the right thing, there was no apology, the lady just took the drink back and gave my grandmother a nasty stare. And we still didn’t even get the right queso for our sliders and we were not given any straw for any of our drinks! The food was prepared sloppy and just thrown in the bag, the Crunchwrap sliders were falling apart and my sisters quesadilla was burnt. The service was awful and we will not be returning.

This Taco Bell location is genuinely the best location I’ve been to. Food comes out quickly and is consistently of high quality. The staff is friendly and helpful, and on the extremely rare occasion that there is a mistake, they always make it right and show they care about their customers. Worth the extra drive for the better experience.
When you go to other Taco Bell, sometimes it’s a gamble on the quality of food you’re going to get whenever I go to this Taco Bell nine times out of 10 it’s always good and the one time where it’s not good I always just have them remake it.
Looks like most of the negative reviews are from a few years back. I know that they have recently changed management and are working on quality control. I really do think this is probably one of the best Taco Bell’s in Utah County. I wouldn’t waste my time going to other Taco Bell is considering you’ll pay $20 and it’s gross.. Dallin at this Taco Bell is one of the managers and takes a lot of pride and what he does. I appreciate you Dallin you’re the man!
