I ordered a number 6 from here and a Gordita crunch with fiesta potatoes. I got A chalupa and a soft taco. They forgot everything else. I paid over $30 for this meal! My meal was not worth $30! I’m frustrated and didn’t get a receipt to even go back. Do not recommend!

I said I wanted mild sauce and she said she couldn’t hear me so I repeated myself and she grabbed hot sauce for me but I wanted MILD sauce and so we sat until she opened the window again and said sorry can we have mild sauce and she said “you said hot sauce” and literally throw them in my hand.

For some reason they don’t let you pick up more than 2 online orders at a time through the drive thru. I don’t understand that. Is it not literally being ordered ahead? Also so slow and the workers are not friendly. Bad location.

Food here is like any other Taco Bell, but I have repeatedly been let down by the customer service here. I could see the guy making my food take out his phone and scroll with his gloved hand while the drive thru was moving along consistently but the customers inside were left waiting 20+ minutes each waiting for him to make our orders. I try to give people who work at fast food places grace, but it’s because of employees like the ones at this Taco Bell that fast food workers get a bad rep.
Fast, hot, and as good as Taco Bell gets. Great job!

False advertisement. Placing an order through the app does not mean they will get your food ready by the time you get there. They wait until you get there AND check in before they even start! This might mean you would have to actually wait in line with everyone else. It's as if you didn't take time to place the order online. You are better off not ordering ahead of time. Save yourself the grief of navigating the app or website and go somewhere that is better managed.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to probably. The wait times for food in the drive through are crazy, idk if they are understaffed or what but it always takes way longer than it should to get my food. They usually mess up some part of my order, but it’s usually something small like not giving me sauces. I think this location only does well because of its proximity to BYU, because it has nothing else going for it.
