We’ve never been to this location—unfortunately, the person at the drive-thru was pretty rude. Condescending, even, which was not the energy we need on a Tuesday. The wait was long, and the burrito was also actively falling apart before I unwrapped it, so…meh. Definitely not the best.

Wow talk about messing up every detail of an online order because someone else has a busted ass car in the parking lot, they missed half my order then told me everything was in the bag and pushed me out the door! Corporate needs to review all employees at this location as none of them are capable of simple tasks let alone have any customer service skills

Awesome little Taco Bell with mountain views! I ordered through the app & pulled into the VIP mobile pickup only lane. My food was ready in an instant, the guy at the window was polite & friendly. Best of all, my loaded beef nachos had the toppings spread nicely!

Had to change my 5 star review of this place. It used to be really good but the past few times I've been they have consistently messed up my order. The employees are usually very nice but it is frustrating to be missing items from my order and the customer service on these issues is non existent. I love taco bell but go to a different one
Either they split the pickup orders from the drive through orders or are short staffed? And at the same time my order maker and the manager or responsive and helpful, thank you!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was so bad that wow I gotta say something.
Drive thru was busy and cars weren’t moving. Horrible. Nobody comes on to the speaker thing to ask for my order. Waited at least 5 minutes. Silence.
I’m now sandwiched inbetween cars and can’t leave. So I drive up to the window to ask if we can order there because we never got our order taken and I get “no we can’t do this you have to go back around” ummmm excuse me this is the worst way to do this this thing called customer service. So trash.
You failed to do your job TWICE. Garbage, garbage service. I won’t be back to this location. Show you want to do your damn job.
