Tried ordering on the app ahead of time, the app didn't let me. No one was at the register, so I waited, no issue with that. The worker asked how he could help, told him I wanted to order, and just 1 thing off the value menu, and he started to come over to help. Then, (presumed) manager came up to me, moved the employee back to the food station, and talked down to me like I was an employee who broke a rule: he explained to me that "if there are only 2 workers, then you need to order online, and that I was being rude." First off, there were 3 workers. Next, there was nothing posted that said such a thing, and if that were policy, it could very easily have been posted somewhere, but with nothing telling me that, I couldn't have known. The manager didn't need to be rude about it. The food wasn't bad, though.

Super slow service, had to wait over 20 minutes understaffed

Anytime I try to order at the counter they say you have to use the kiosk because they don’t want to help you, also my burrito was full of hard crunchy

Honestly they seem very understaffed so I don't want to be critical but for the 3rd time in a row my order has been 15mins late or longer. The staff I saw this last time seemed to have to sense of urgency while 17 customers including myself waited for way too long. Do not come to this taco bell if you have the option especially during lunch and dinner time

I usually would not rate these so low but I ordered a vegetarian meal but when I got it there was meat in the crunch wrap and I did not notice until I had already eaten the wrap but I did not want them to just throw away the animal so I ate it but I would just say that if you are vegetarian don't come here!

They don't grill their burritos like they're supposed to. You'll get it cold even if you pick it up right away because it was never warm.

Fastest resteraunt in the WSC, best place to grab something quick, and rarely has a line. Employees are always super nice and it has a friendly environment, not to mention the food is also good.

They upcharged me to Supreme soft tacos instead of regular without me asking, and for it I got 2 dismal, messy tacos for $5. Never again.

Fresh fried burrito forever.

Ordered a classic bean burrito. More expensive than the usual TB and they didn’t have onions so I asked for extra cheese, they said NO.

Nacho fries are back and they have Baja blast so you know what's about to go down. Get it to go and eat it at the park and maybe some people with a dog will let you pet it, so you'll be full and seeing puppies. Oh be wise, get the crunchwrap surpreme, what can I say more?
