Huge let down. Super weird that a Japanese place is trying to put their own spin on Poke. I figured they couldn’t mess it up too bad. Boy was I wrong, adding lettuce to a poke bowl is just a filler and a way of hiding how little fish they give you. The spicy tuna and spicy salmon had zero spice to them. They also offer to put cream cheese on your poke bowl, but they just put it in a blob attached to the side of the bowl and don’t mix it in or incorporate it in any way. The Okinawa Brown Sugar Boba I got had good flavor, but the Boba itself was either undercook or overcooked because of how chewy it was. I would guesstimate they put 1/8 of a pound of fish in total on the bowl. The soy sauce they give on the side in packets does not resemble actual soy sauce in any way shape or form and was absolutely disgusting.I definitely have zero intention of ever visiting to eat here again. Leave poke to the Hawaiians, that is where it originated and they don’t try to overdo it. So many people were talking about the atmosphere in here being so awesome when I could only hear over volumed Taylor Switch the whole time.Oh they are also bribing people to give a 5 star review in the restaurant, which is illegal by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for anyone to offer compensation for a specifically designated outcome on a review.

I’ve been wanting to stop by this place for awhile now and can’t believe I’ve waited this long! Super cute environment! Delicious fresh food! Jenny was awesome! She gave great recommendations!
