The man who I’m almost positive is the owner was extremely rude when we walked in and continued to be throughout the entire dining experience. Looking at his responses to other negative reviews, I can see that being rude and sarcastic is a normal tendency of his and will not be dining here again.

Local gem. Great steak sandwiches. Steamy soft bun, thin steak, green peppers, onions cooked on a flattop with melted cheese and tomatoes. Fresh golden hot fries. Clean decor of TnG knotty pine. Seven booths, three tables and about five stools at the counter. I love this place. So good!

*****The food aka the French Dip was great. I enjoyed the tender sliced steak and onion rings are nice enough to rival Apollo Burger. But it is a little less expensive than Apollo. I personally liked this better than the other staple down south "The Italian Place". I was told by a repeat customer that the country fried steak is rather epic also... I will be back to try more... ? ?
It's an old restaurant and dated but it adds to the charm. The staff is always friendly and the good is great!

Nice quiet diner vibe. Older looking but clean. And the absolute best burger I’ve had in a long time from a restaurant. The waitress was courteous and kind and the food slapped. High quality buns and the burger was so good. Definitely recommend stopping here! We will be coming back!

Went to eat out and get chicken fried steak, which was delicious, and instead of eating in we had to take our food to go as we got it 5 minutes after our lunch ended. Our lunch break is 30 minutes. It took us 35 minutes to get our food. My boss said that we may have to stop going there for our weekly chicken fried steak because service keeps getting worse.They have only 1 lady waiting tables and running the drive thru! Why does a sit down restaurant have a damn drive thru especially when the damn parking lot is so tiny?!?Either hire more people to run the drive thru and wait on tables or shut down the drive thru especially since they don't have the parking lot space and give the poor lady a raise for being way overworked! She's a great waitress.
