Best place for dessert if the cookies are soft!!
This isn’t about the ice cream, because that part is great. It more about the events customer service. A few weeks ago, we emailed the events email address to order a $50 gift card. They were very quick to respond and take our money over the phone. The gift card was never received, and so we’ve attempted multiple times to reach out. It was acknowledged that we didn’t receive the card, but we’ve since been ghosted. Looking at other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve tried reaching out via email and Facebook to no avail.
I would never in a million years work with them for anything catering. Going in store is fine, but never for anything other than simple transactions
Totally recommended. Very kind service. A lot of very good, very diverse flavors. The group consensus was that the s’more flavor was the best. Honeycomb was the runner up. It’s a pretty hidden location and the staff have to help both the drive through and the people in-restaurant. The wait was a little long for us.
The worker was very kind, but he didn’t inform us of the pricing beforehand. Either the prices are outrageous for the portion size, or we were charged incorrectly. Either way, I won’t be returning. I paid $8.35 for an ice cream sandwich that consisted of about half a scoop of ice cream and two very small cookies.
All time favorite dessert in Provo!! The warm cookie with ice cream can’t be beat!
Service was great! The employees were super friendly and the ice cream was really good! It's also fun watching them make it!
Penguin bro’s is a national treasure and we should be working harder to protect it. There just aren’t enough dessert places open late in Utah and this is one of the best! Their Sugarhouse location (RIP) was the perfect place to go on a summer evening. It was a huge loss for the community when they closed. I wish the provo one was closer so I could go more often! Can’t go wrong with any of the menu items. 10/10 recommend. Everyone in Provo should go—you don’t know
how good you have it. Sigh.
Everyone is Friendly and the price is decent.
I ordered the Cookie Monster ice cream with the fudge cookie for my big sized ice cream cookie sandwich. I would’ve liked to have more ice cream between the cookies for the $8.00 spent, because it was overly sweet when I ended up with large cookie chunks.
I used to come here a lot with friends, but the prices are just ridiculous now. There are far better options out there, unless maybe you want a pazookie.

Used to be the very best. Now, it is just another mid-dessert place. The penguin has fallen from grace.
So fun you are in PROVO! Heard great things!
This was amazing! Not only was the kazokie so good, but the service was incredible. Jeff was so kind & hooked us up! 10/10 recommend

Penguin brothers is one of those legendary brands in my life where I would tattoo it to my neck. The ice cream is unnecessarily high quality. The cookies are again unnecessarily awesome in their own right. When they are combined into an ice cream sandwich it is a kin to a visit to celestial realms. Years ago when I had business in salt lake and was unaware that they had built one there I drove from salt lake to Provo about an hour for the purpose of eating only at Penguin brothers.

Normally I’d give this place 5 stars in every section. Today we went to get my husband a gluten free cookie for his birthday. They sold us this tiny cookie for $3.90. The cashier didn’t say a single word to us the whole time, it was a first for bad service and we felt robbed.
