Idk what’s going on with the restaurant in Provo. This used to be my favorite place to go to and their food is amazing. Service has just not been up to par the past year. There’s no one at the front desk and it took 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front and tell us it will be another 15 minutes before we’re even seated… keep in mind it was not busy at all. There were probably 2 other parties there max. We ended up leaving but it would’ve been another 2 hours

The food at The Pizza Factory is good. The kids pizza is a great size & tastes great. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Alfredo pizza. The Alfredo sauce was too heavy, I didn’t love that. But it was a great leftover. Their breadsticks are really the very best part. They were delicious & we ate them so fast! It was soft, fresh, warm. Perfect! My husband ordered a pasta dish & regretted it immediately. The atmosphere is sort of weird. It looks like it’s closed down, but there were several other tables there enjoying their meals. We had a nice server. They serve Coke products which is always a win.

The best pizza I've ever had. The crust was just as enjoyable as the body, and the leftovers were also amazing. Would definitely eat here again.

Love the breadtwists, food is just like the southern Utah stores...deliscious!There are gluten free and cauliflower crust options for pizza and also alternates for noodles as well.

We love pizza factory but tonights visit was very sad. Only ones in the restaurant with tons of staff, took 40 minutes to get our food. Not a single time did our server come and offer to refill our drinks. The only time we were helped by our server was when she took our order. Which everything was wrong & overcharged but we didn’t fight it. We had to go find her for a Togo refill and our check. My husband went and found her and another worker SITTING on the counters by the fountain drink/cashier area. I find that extremely unsanitary.

We went here for my daughter's birthday. They were a little short-staffed so the wait was longer than normal, but it was well with it. Our server, Summer, was awesome!

During this trying time for food service employees and the restaurant business in general I thought they did pretty good. To be fully honest I felt like they're on the verge of shutting down due to lack of business. The place hasn't changed much in years, skeleton crew and a lot of very old technology everywhere. Those are all not good signs in my book. I'm sad to say we probably won't be back. The bread twists were amazing as always but the Alfredo dipping sauce was lacking it's usually flavor. The pizza was ok but looked extremely rushed and the waitress was the only person we saw the entire time other than the two other small groups eating at the restaurant at 6PM.

Service was excellent, McKinley was our server she was awesome! Pizza was extremely filling and delicious. I really also liked the twisty breadstick things too.

Terrible service. Eventually because the waitress wasn’t paying attention, the cook had to come out and seat us. Then he got our drinks. Then he got our food. Then he got our check. I had to go steal a to go box. Boy was doing everything, he was wearing a jazz hat but I cant remember his name. All while the girl took care of 2 other tables behind us… grateful for that guy in the back but still ridiculous of this place and that waitress!

The food is delicious! The giant breadsticks are fun, and the dipping sauce that goes with the sweet ones is amazing. They seemed understaffed when we went, so some of the service was slow understandably

They were not having a good day today. Our server was very patient with us and I feel sorry with what she was dealing with. They had run out of ice, their salad bar needed to be replenished in a bad way, and the food was subpar. I have been to 4 other Pizza Factory locations and none have been even close to as poorly ran as this one. Their is a Wal-Mart grocery across the street. I would have sent a staff member over to grab a bunch of bagged ice to keep up with drinks if I were the manager. This is the only time I have been to the Provo location and most likely the last time I will go to that one. Just a bad day? Not sure.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I have never had such a disappointing experience at a restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. Then it was 10 minutes before we got our drinks then an additional 50 minutes for the food to come out. If it were a super busy night, it might be understandable but there were only 2 other parties in the whole restaurant. We were one of three tables that were being served and we had to go and find our waitress to ask for refills. And then she later forgot to get the refills. So we ended up asking for one refill on drinks, multiple times. Then to top it off the food was very over priced. We ordered a pizza and the toppings were so skimpy that I was tasting more crust than anything else. To be honest, don’t waste your time and money. Go get a pizza from Sam’s Club or Costco.Never going back. We should have demanded a free pizza. I get that people can have off days but if you are paying a company for good service, that is what you should get.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I have never written a bad review for a restaurant before, but I feel so strongly that people should know not to eat here unless something drastic changes in the way this place is run. First off we waited almost an hour to get our food and the restaurant had almost nobody in it. It took us almost a half an hour just to order our food. Service is terrible. We had to ask for refills for our drinks. One of the bowls of pasta that we got came Way over cooked and was basically a mush bowl. Their food is way overpriced for what they offer. Subpar tasting pizza that is skimpy on the toppings. Go to any other pizza place before you choose this one!

I wish I could give it negative stars!!My daughters’s birthday and she wanted this place. From the opening doors I knew that the experience was going to be awful. It looked like a ghost town and was dirty. A person seated us and said we would be helped. There was only 2 other tables in this place at the time. We sat there for over 20 min with no acknowledgement. My wife went to look for someone and to view salad bar, ? is the best way to describe what was there. We finally had enough of no service and went to Brick Oven! I can’t rave about that place enough. Needles to say, we will never darken the doors of any pizza factory again!

The pizza tastes like it was bought in the frozen food aisle. The service was slow and inattentive. We did not see anyone for at least 15 minutes once we were seated. No refills on drinks and had to ask for a check. Not to mention the personal size pizza is $15. As I’m writing this review I feel dissatisfied and honestly just gross. Overall I was pretty unimpressed and don’t plan on returning. If you want pizza, just get the trusty Dominos you know and love lol.
