I was really excited about this place! we ordered 2 steamers, an oreo frappe and a pazuki. unfortunately the steamers and the frappe were really bad. the steamers are made with warm water. I've never had one like that before and it was really dissapointing. the oreo frappe was mostly ice too. I just wanted a little milk in the drinks? they don't give refunds but we were able to get a different drink which was a little better. the service was good and the concept is spot on, but the drinks seemed a little cheap to me. I'd like to see some higher quality ingredients there.

We held. a BYU club event at the wash and it was fantastic! The staff was very accommodating and worked with us to create a custom experience. The drinks and food were quality and affordable helping us to stay under budget. If you're looking for a fun spot for a group The Wash is the perfect spot!

Parking: For BYU groups just walk over from Campus

I was craving cheese fries-just cheese and fries, no other toppings-and another local place that advertises itself for fries was unwilling to make an off-the-menu request. The Wash was not only willing to accommodate, but they even set it up so it would cost me less than they could've charged. The employee at the counter (don't remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. A+ customer service. The menu is pretty unique and eclectic. Several kinds of fries, desserts, and mocktails, among other things. I'd definitely go back here some time when I'm in the mood for more than just cheese fries! The only negative was the parking lot is dark, although I think that may have had to do with the road construction nearby, as the street lights were also out.

This place was so fun! it’s a nice little hang out for anyone looking for fine dining style adventure but mostly for appetizers and drinks! We loved the drinks. They were super good and we absolutely love the desserts. We splurged and bought the big skillet cookie and it was amazing! I would definitely come back here! They’re such a creative twist on the names for the drinks. I don’t know how the resonate with everyone, but I found them funny.

Parking: You can park at the wash parking lot. We also parked at Wendy’s.

Kid-friendliness: It’s OK to bring kids, but it is kind of a quiet dining.

Great atmosphere but no healthy options.
This shop has the best design that’s romantic fun and the perfect vibe for first dates. The drink selections is great if you are looking for an extra sugary snack. I wish they had some sugar free options or juices that can accommodate someone looking for a cool atmosphere but not a sugar crash.

3.5 stars.
The place is a little hard to find. It’s behind the Wendy’s and not marked super well. The food was okay! We got a pizookie, a daiquiri, and the churros. I like the pizookie the best, although it took a while for it to cook.
The atmosphere is really fun and cute, but again, not the BEST food.

All the doors were locked when we pulled up despite there being people inside. Once we did get in, (another customer had to open the door for us) the computer thingy to order on was down causing a huge wait standing in line. They were understaffed as well. No one was cleaning the tables and one person was preparing the drinks while the other person was taking orders fighting with the iPad.

They desperately need additional staff. Also, don’t put the burden of paying your employees more on the customers by having them ask for tips. The food is okay.
