The best way I can summarize our experience is that these guys clearly have a care and passion for this restaurant. From the simple but creative menu, to the customer service, and the quality/presentation of the food.We got the Avocado & Shrimp Plantain Bytes (fresh, unique, and comforting), the chicken wings (flavorful, juicy, perfectly spicy), and the pulled pork sandwich (a go-to pork sandwich with perfectly crisp coleslaw). The fries were also a standout, and (on-theme) were fresh and flavorful. We finished with their freshly-made churros which were perfectly fried, a teir above any in a 50 mile radius, and a steal of a price.I was shocked to hear this place is run by a two-man partnership. Pair that with great customer service and a sincere request for feedback on our meal, and you have one of the most unique eateries in downtown Provo. This is a spot that deserves your attention and patronage.

Vegetarian options: A few great looking salads.

Parking: Shared parking lot with other neighboring businesses.

My son had been telling me about Top Level. He raved about the food and said even my picky self would enjoy it. I finally went and it was better than he described.Started with the plantain appetizer and it was fresh, flavorful and delicious! Try them!I had the namesake burger. Incredible. Made to order, flavor packed without everything mushing together. Everything on the burger stood out but came together in harmony for my taste buddy! The fries were warm and appropriately crisp and seasoned. My son let me taste the chicken sandwich and the chicken breast was moist, crispy and delightful. I'll have that next visit.I can show picks and use my thesaurus to gas up Top Level but you need to go!

Top Level is one of the best new restaurants in Provo. I tried the Poblano Pasta last week and it was to die for. Crispy pork chops, zesty sauce with a nice kick to it. Today I tried the plantain bites and they were killer. Creamy guacamole, with grilled shrimp was fire. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a Good Friday night meal.

I liked this place. Not a ton of veggie options but they had a decent salad (I got the grilled peach and enjoyed it). The fries were great. We all really liked the fries. The people with me said the burger was amazing. All the drinks are in cans and they also have bottle water or tap water. They were super nice and very attentive.

Our fries and fried rice were really fresh and flavorful. I honestly expected to be turned away having come in so close to closing but the staff were super kind and whipped up a really good meal. I didn’t feel rushed nor did the meal look rushed. Great experience!

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Love a good burger and fries, and really love that they take the time to make fresh cut fries, which they do really well here. The burger was cooked perfectly and the wife got the birria tacos which were a special on the menu, and were excellent! The menu itself seems kinda random, but that's good because they have a good variety in such a small menu. It's a small space, but the owner was there and explained the dishes on the menu, and gave suggestions. You can tell he takes pride in his food. Let's help make this local business flourish and hopefully move to a bigger location!

I hate getting my hopes up before going to a new place in Provo. I just know I will end up disappointed. The wife and I were not disappointed, we left knowing this would be on regular rotation. We were there for lunch and it was way too slow. We needed to start with the Shrimp, avocado and plantain starter. It was excellent. The textures and flavors melded together perfectly. We split a chicken sandwich. They were happy to split for us. The fries are the "greasy" style, in a good way. They can be much better than crispy fries. These were really well done. While the food is spiced well, I like how light they went on the salt. They have salt at the table, and a bit of it just made everything right. There are a lot of other items that look great. I'll be back for all of them. Martin had a little time available to talk to us. He and his partner are just doing a great job and deserve a LOT of business.

This place was so delicious! I got the honey cilantro chicken entree and I could not put my fork down. The rice was a great texture and taste. The salad had yummy tomatoes and a dressing to die for. I can not wait to come again! 10/10 Also, don’t forget to grab their churros before you head out.

The food was yummy, just not quite top notch. The poblano Fettuccini was good, but the pork was too salty, and the pasta was bland. I’d suggest putting less salt on the pork and more in the pasta to even it out and allow you to enjoy eating the pork and pasta separately rather than needing to eat them together to get the right flavor. I did like that the pasta had a little warmth in it from the pepper, which helped bring the dish together. I really liked the shrimp plantain bytes, I just wished the plantain was a little crispier. The wings and fries were disappointing. Both the wings and the fries were soggy, and neither had good flavor. The churros I ordered were good, but there wasn’t enough cinnamon sugar on them. I also wished it came with a salted caramel dip rather than regular caramel. The service was ample. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and looked nice, but the bathroom door was very difficult to open. I will say, I was very impressed and happy with the presentation of the food. It all looked gorgeous. The presentation and the fair price is what earned a four star instead of three. Great restaurant!

By far, my favorite restaurant in all Utah County! It's Creamy Poblano Fettuccine is to die for. I've been back several times to try other dishes, and each time the presentation is amazingly done! You can tell the owners take such pride in their integrity, and those are the best places to dine in! Most definitely recommend!!

We loved eating at Top Level Gourmet Kitchen! The restaurant is very cute and clean inside with lovely people. The food was delish. We got the chicken sandwich and the poblano cilantro pasta, and both were excellent. We will definitely come back!

Went here for the first time tonight and was very happy with not only the food but the service. The food was so fresh, we saw/hear the chef cutting fresh vegetables for our meal and using the made to order method. Restaurants that do that deserve praise and recognition! We will definitely be returning and thank you for bringing amazing fresh food to Provo!

The pulled pork here is divine. The prices are good, especially for how much food is given. The best part about Top Level is that you can see into the kitchen from anywhere in the restaurant, and there's something charming about watching your food being cooked. Can't recommend enough.
