This is good for a regular restaurant but GREAT for a vegan restaurant. We aren’t vegans but thoroughly enjoyed the food and it was pretty cheap too!!
Adorable vegan Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of downtown Provo—definitely try the special pho and the noodle salad. Both healthy options with huge serving sizes. Really friendly and helpful staff if you need help navigating the menu but really, it’s the food that is the star at Vegan Sun. While Salt Lake doesn’t lack in veg-friendly restaurants, it’s such a breath of fresh air for Provo. Bon appetit!
