Pretty dissapointed in my pickup order this morning, all the waffles are extremely hard and i picked up 15 minutes ago. Bacon was cooked hard as a rock. The egg was over cooked. My wife's sandwich was missing half the ingredients and didn't have sauce. The kids meal I ordered had had no toppings and was just a hard waffle in a box that was stuck to the styrofoam. Hopefully a refund can occur from this review because for the price of this food this is pathetic…

I love waffle love and was very excited to go, I went with my dad who is gluten free. We looked on the website and they said there was gluten free, but when we got there they said they did not have enough for my dad. Instead all he could get was a chocolate milk. Very disappointed. Other than that the food was pretty good

I love waffle love so very much this last time I came was so disappointing I got the chicken and waffles and the chicken was burnt which made it not as good, I also got the dulce and asked and paid for extra strawberries and didn’t get any extra

The food is incredible as always, but the atmosphere is cold, kind of dark, quiet, there’s no music so it’s kind of awkward and uncomfortable because you can hear everyone’s conversations. There’s also only one person working to make the food and take orders and a lot of customers. The worker is super positive and kind though!

The food was much better than expected. My first impression was a glorified funnel cake joint. The chicken and waffles were cooked well, and the avocado was good, too. The proportions were good. When food was delivered, the gentleman didn't even say what the orders were. He just set them on the table for us to figure out.
Just doordashed the Nutella love and man it was hard as a rock. Last time I order was the same thing.. I feel the quality of the waffle have changed. When you all was a small business you paid attention to details now is not even close to good.. Paid 20 dollar with the doordash for a waffle I didn't even get to have 2 bites cause it was so hard.. I just wanna know what happened to you guys??
I have been to Belgium and loved getting waffles on the street with fresh cream and strawberries. Waffle Love talks a big game, but looking a recipe up online and cooking them in a Krupps waffle iron I, an untrained layman make better waffles. 1 - the waffles are yeasty enough. 2 - I don't think my waffle has a single sugar park that survived the iron. 3 my waffle was undercooked, enough so it was floppy... when it should be firm enough to hold shape holding it by hand. 4 - the coffee was keurig. This place has potential, but misses the mark. 1 Star for the spot on cream, well done!

Walked in and looked around, saw the counter to the right with someone behind it. Walked up looking at the menu, the person just walked away. After a few minutes we just left. It's a gimmick that should fail fast.

I have never been anywhere I felt warranted a bad review. I have genuinely never had a worse experience any where else. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We used to go to the Riverwoods location, but since they shut it down we thought we would try this one out. Overpriced for what we ended up receiving. We went in, the place was dirty and understaffed. That is not initially a problem as that is a management issue. Understandably the food took a long time to come out, but no issues. except the fact that we were the only customers there. They finally bring it out. Half sized, burnt but somehow undercooked waffle, undercooked cold chicken. unripe avocado and tomatoes. Flavorless sauce. The only way that this was even slightly edible was to put a ton of salt and pepper on everything. My partners food was the same. I am now puking from the food. PLEASE STEER CLEAR
