not sure why its so hard for people at this location to do their job right. it seems they only hire incompetent people and its really frustrating to have to waste gas to drive back to get my correct beverage ESPECIALLY when i was asked to repeat my beverage FOUR TIMES; and ill admit i had a tone after repeating it FOUR TIMES, but thats not an excuse to mess with my drink because you were incompetent. i understand its fast food but when someone pays for something they ordered, its kind of expected for it to be correct. 3/11/25

Don’t expect them to get your order correct. No matter if they repeat it back to you, confirm details, etc. doesn’t matter. I think I had to say the word “plain” five times just get it repeated back to me and they still got it wrong. That was after an already arduous ordering process.

DO NOT GO HERE! Someone got my credit card info when they had my card in the drive through. It’s the ONLY place my card has been out of my sight and random charges started showing up after. Tried contacting them multiple times and no luck.
Update: contacted Wendy’s costomer service and they said someone from this store will reach out to me, but that never happened and their phone number didn’t work. Tried emailing them TWICE and they won’t respond. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your credit cards stolen!! I can’t believe they aren’t handling this at all.

Won't cut the chicken on a salad due to their restaurant policy. I always get the apple pecan salad with classic crispy chicken and this is the first time I've been to a wendys that doesn't cut the chicken ( ON A SALAD) due to "policy". Hoping this review will change the policy for them so future customers don't have the same issue!

Went through the drive thru and ordered my meal with some honey mustard, we pull up and pay get our food I then ask for the honey mustard, lady says 'It's in the bag" so we drive off i check the bag before leaving. No honey mustard Straight up lied, I paid for it too.

We couldn't even get through an order before canceling and leaving. The Mexican lady taking our order was rather belligerent and rude. After 10 minutes of trying to order and get it right, we just canceled and left. We'd give this place zero stars if possible.

This review is on principle. You don't get to overcharge customers compared to what your posted signage says and get anything better than a 1 star review when the employees are unable to do anything about it.

The Medium Hot Coffee is listed as a "Biggie Deal" for $0.97. On the road for the holidays and looking for a deal, that's what I ordered
What I didn't see though was that the coffee was in another place on the menu for $1.69. I was charged the higher of the two prices. When I asked the employees why this was, I just got a blank stare and the statement "Well, there's only one button for medium coffee and that's the price."

Folks, feel free to check my review history. This is the second Wendy's I've been to where I've found and documented pricing discrepancies. Once is a mistake. Twice in two different states is a problem. I don't see myself returning to this corporation.

mcdonald’s was out of their ice cream for the hot fudge sundae and i came here for a chocolate frosty… it wasn’t as good as a hot fudge sundae but 2 stars for actually having ice cream :p

I suggest not even wasting your time coming to this Wendy’s location their slow and very unprofessional the food quality sucks and apparently it’s takes three people to do a small order that consists of fries and chicken nuggets. Management needs to get involved if this is how it’s going to be

I come here all the time and this older Mexican lady always gets my order wrong, always so rude, just not a friendly atmosphere, I always have to repeat myself over 5 times in a row and she’ll go “huh” it’s only when she’s there but every other employee is absolutely amazing except for her

EVERYTHING was cold.
My son wanted Wendy's so I drove the 5 minutes. I ordered the $5 bag with the Crispy Chicken sandwich. I also got the Dave's Double or something.
I brought it home quickly and he complained everything was cold. I thought he was exaggerating. NOPE.
I touched the patties and the chicken and the nuggets and they were COLD.
Got it in the drive-thru where the guy was too busy being on his phone to get the Honey Mustard sauce that my son likes for his nuggets. They made me have to listen to his (valid) complaints, so here I am leaving a review.
No receipt either. Very odd experience.

The food was okay, nothing special but not terrible. The real problem is the service. The staff takes 3-5 minutes between orders, and takes closer to ten to fulfill them.
