One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this. A young male staff member working here was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I asked if they had any salad options—since I didn’t see any on the main menu—he gave me a visibly annoyed look and pointed behind me in a dismissive way. I checked the menu boards in that direction, but there were no salads listed there either. As I kept looking, he gave me attitude and made me feel extremely unwelcome.
When he handed me the food, he didn’t even ask if I needed a receipt—he just tossed the food toward me without a word. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at a restaurant before. The lack of basic manners and courtesy was truly upsetting, and it left me with a really bad impression.

One star — Extremely disappointed with my visit.
I went through the drive-thru and was helped by a worker named Carolina. Right from the start, she was rude and unprofessional. We politely asked if we could upgrade our drinks to Frostys, and she refused without explanation. After we kept asking, she finally allowed it but stayed silent and told us to pull up to the window.
At the window, she was visibly irritated. We asked for Ghost Pepper Ranch, and she told us they were out (which we were fine with), but her attitude made it feel like we were bothering her. She then told us that if we wanted to, we could go inside and ask someone else. She handed us our food and closed the window before giving us one of our drinks. When we asked for it, she acted annoyed and gave it to us with an attitude.
When I got home, I found that my spicy chicken sandwich was undercooked and all the fries were cold. Concerned, I called the store to speak with a manager, and Carolina happened to answer again—claiming she was the manager. I asked to speak to someone else, and she refused. When I explained the issue, she kept asking what my “problem” was and didn’t take anything seriously. Then she hung up on me.
At this point, I didn’t feel safe returning to the store to resolve it in person. The entire experience was unacceptable—from the customer service to the unsafe food. My family and I will not be returning to this location.

I went through the drive-thru at the Provo, UT Wendy’s today and had yet another disappointing interaction with the manager, Carolina. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time she’s been rude—my past visits have been similarly unpleasant.
Despite trying to be polite, she cut me off abruptly when I asked for ghost pepper ranch, claiming they no longer carried it. She then slammed the drive-thru window shut without another word. I went inside to double-check and was given five packets of the sauce with no issue, proving she had lied.
When I got home, I discovered all the burgers in our order were cold. I called to ask what could be done, and she immediately identified our order, which made me feel like she knowingly gave us cold food. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she became rude and confrontational over the phone.
A manager should set the tone for customer service, but Carolina has consistently shown a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I did not feel safe or comfortable returning to the store to address the issue in person.
I would sincerely appreciate it if the general manager or store manager could contact me directly to help resolve the issue with my order. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I’d like to see that addressed properly

No straw for my drink, no fork for my food, almost forgot my frosty until I asked then gave me one barely touching the rim on the edges but concaved in the middle of the cup, nothing in the cover.

Terrible customer service. I tried to use my app and the guy running the counter at 645pm on 6/20 ignored everything I said and overcharged me for my food. I'm guessing since his earbud was in he was more focused on the music he was listening to than taking my order. When I tried to talk to him about it he couldn't care less. I eventually got all the food I asked for initially(they ignored some of my order) but I was still charged too much. No thank you, no nothing, just rude. I'm uninstalling this app and never returning to this location again. Ridiculous. I've worked on food for years, it's really not hard to not be needlessly rude. Next time I decide on fast food I'll just go to the McDonald's across the street, and I encourage others to do so. I've never had an issue there. Unlike my burger here, which has condiments on it that I asked not to be there, again because the guy running the counter at 645pm on 6/20 was too busy listening to music to take my order accurately.
Had not eaten at Wendy's in years. Food was still good.

they did well with our meals, and they got it at on time. They listened to us the first time and got our stuff.But then when I got to go just to get a simple bag for my fries, the guy said.What do you want again I said bag for my fries It does not take that long just to get a simple bag takes one minute that's all They took their sweet time and doing it it clean on inside an nice an My chicken sandwich they should have added onions pickles another stuff it was the 6 spicy chicken sandwich You can get it in a combo or not 👍😋 And next time they understand and get me the bag.And hopefully they get this and look at it and read it and understand they actually do it.

I went here for breakfast and the cashier was really nice and quick with my order, her name on the receipt was Wendy. I really appreciate her help.
