I love Wendy’s breakfast, but not from here. I have given this location so many chances, but every time I have come here, the biscuits/English muffins are stale and dripping in grease. And I can’t tell if my food always smells like cigarettes or burnt food?? Regardless, it’s gross! It’s honestly worth it to go to campus, find a parking spot, and walk to the Wendy’s in the WILK as the breakfast there is SO much better.

The sign in the restaurant says the bacon double stack biggie bag is $7. They charged me 8. Fix the sign or price. Pick one.

I went to this Wendy’s and got cold food on top of that we asked for a frosty because they forgot our frosty. The guy which is his name is Gary who helped us looked at my wife like she was crazy and then gave us a melted frosty and then I turned back around to get a refund. They couldn’t do me a refund because I was using Apple Pay so I went all the way home with a melted frosty and cold food to get my wallet came back and they said that they couldn’t do the refund they said that my card said not approved every single time and then I asked I’m like why can’t I do a refund and then she said that she’s a new manager it as well so tomorrow I have to go in in the morning to talk to the GM to get a refund for a melted frosty and probably my whole food because didn’t get to eat it cause it was cold

On the night of February 13, 2025, my friends and I went through the drive-thru at Wendy’s. I ordered a Chicken Nuggets and a Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich combo, totaling approximately $19. However, when I received my order, the sandwich was missing.

I returned to the restaurant and spoke with an employee, who insisted that he had placed the sandwich in the bag. However, I only received the nuggets and fries. He then called the manager, who immediately accused us of lying. We asked her to check the security cameras, but she claimed she couldn’t.

I understand that the restaurant was close to closing, the level of customer service was extremely unprofessional. Since I still wanted the sandwich, I ended up paying for it a second time upon returning. After this experience, I will not be returning to Wendy’s.

We had a very bad experience at this location. The employees were terrible. We asked for ketchup, (they said it was in the bag, we checked and it was not in the bag). We went back told her we wanted ketchup and she refused to give it to us. RIDICULOUS!! She started cussing us out. Literally saying swear words. Super bad service. Definitely need to get new employees. Not planning on going to that Wendy’s again.

Albert was the best! The food was out quick and the service was 5 stars! Highly recommended coming to this Wendy’s! Good music too! They need to give Albert a raise or employee of the month or something because he deserves it!

Me and my husband went to the Wendy’s in Provo tonight and once we got there the girl taking our order had a shit ass attitude he told her two things we wanted but didn’t finish ordering and she immediately wanted us to pull forward without listening to the rest of our order in which we told her we weren’t done ordering yet and she had a bad attitude the rest of the time we were ordering. We get up to the window and one of the girls opens up the window tells us the price and we give her our card and she slams the window closed (and as we are going through the bag lookie lookie no silverware thanks Wendy’s your employees are awesome) she goes to give us our drinks and they look the same color as sweet tea we ordered two cokes I tasted one of them and it absolutely did not taste like coke so we told them (being polite the entire time) and they grab the drinks the manager tells us she will replace them but STILL with a shit ass attitude and has us pull forward. One of the girls comes out and asks if we would like a different drink because the syrup says it’s fine so we asked if they would just substitute the two drinks for another baconator fry and then the manager comes out which almost looks like the exact same drinks and they put something else in it to make it look darker to “satisfy” us. We had ordered two baconator fries with extra everything and I swear every single time without fail they don’t do that which again they did tonight as well which doesn’t surprise us but we always go back cause some days are better than others. We’ve had an issue with another employee a while back also with a shit ass attitude and wanting to fight my husband!! Whoever the general manager is needs to do a serious sit down with their employees it’s getting quite ridiculous
