Food is mid and came cold. They also go light on toppings if they decide to put them on at all. I had to check my order to get my fries and my baked potato didn’t come with sour cream and chives. Overall terrible service.

Stood at the register for 3-4 minutes but was ignored. So went next door to chik-fil-a and got served straight away. I’m sure they’re lovely young kids doing their best, and had numerous online orders.
Just would benefit from some training to at least acknowledge a waiting customer

Great service, I know the manager he is great and very helpful, the only downside is how much misfortune I had that day.

My co-workers and I decided to grab lunch at your BYU campus location at 12:57 pm on 01/10/25. After we received our order we all sat down to eat and were enjoying our lunch then we had a lady come up to us and ask us if we had looked at the time? We were a little confused, so she asked us again that we need to look at the time and don’t we have a job to do? First off, she has NO business asking us this, they were not busy so it’s not like they needed the table for other customers, we were not being loud or disrespectful by any means! We were all in shock and decided apparently, its time to leave because that’s how she made it sounds! Several of us were upset so I asked her what her name was and she REFUSED to provide to that me! I then waited to ask her manager which he provided the name of Diane! This is the worst customer service I have ever had and we will never return to that location again! This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this lady, but have let it go in the past. This time I will not let it slide, something needs to be done! Most people get an hour lunch and we were barely there an hour! I would appreciate someone reaching back out to me. Thank you very much!

Their fries are so amazing! So are their junior cheese burger deluxes!

Purchased a frosty and lemonade. The frosty had too much syrup and was a sticky consistency, not firm enough. The lemonade machine wasn't working so the worker pulled out a pitcher and filled about a 1/3 of the cup with lemonade and 2/3 with ice. Wife said it wasn't even cold and had to wait for the ice to melt before it was chilled.

I like Wendy’s but this location has a mayonnaise issue. I enjoy a little mayo on my burger but good grief let’s not ladle the stuff on there. Watch from the counter as they put the mayo on, it will shock you.

I have been an ungrateful beneficiary of Wendy herself for several years. As I pondered the deliciousness of my 4 for $4 (which remains the best deal in the Cougar Eat), I decided that I should share my appreciation with the internet. Wendy's is awesome. Service is always great. Food is always good. And the price is always the best.

You get what you pay for. The drive through line is fairly slow because they don't staff enough people to work most shifts so please be patient with the employees there, it's not their fault. The food has been decent but occasionally you can get cold fries and nuggets.

My Dave's single hamburger was the size of a dollar menu hamburger. Disappointing for being over $5.
