I couldn't have had a better experience here! The nachos were DELICIOUS and my tummy couldn't be happier. although the unfortunate event of tonight where i wouldn't have possibly been able to come back from; our amazing server Jess saved grandma from her burning car. most kind and gentle soul, was very understanding like bambi (from the hit disney movie, bambi), gave us extra queso. water would never be thick enough to drown myself in but my dear sweet queso... good service.

Our server Jess went above and beyond, being as quick as possible with our order and requests. He was very nice and energetic, despite it being a fairly busy night. Absolutely great nachos as well.

Stopped by with the family to get dinner and experienced the worst possible customer service. It was so bad that I wasn’t even mad I was just shocked at how rude the server was for no apparent reason. It took 15 minutes to get a booster after asking 4 times, when a salad came out wrong without ingredients missing on the menu it was our fault because we didn’t tell him when we ordered but the menu says it comes standard with. When we asked for more silverware it was the end of the world for him. We weren’t going to tip because it was so bad which we always tip! Jokes on us due to our party size it was automatically put into the check. I am still awestruck on how someone like that goes through life yet alone works in the service industry.

Idk why this place gets such a bad rep. Everything was great! Our servers were attentive, the food was delicious, I don’t know what more you could ask for!

I would give less stars if I could. Mediocre and overpriced food. Subpar service. I used to go out of my way to go to this location, not anymore. Food portions have gone down singificantly with prices raising. Servers are inexperienced. Seems like it could be bad management. Worth looking in to.

40 minutes from order to walk out of restaurant, that's enough time to walk over and eat at red robins and come back. Hope Orem has better speed and service?

I’m so very disappointed in Wingers in Provo. My Daughter who is special needs worked there for about 6 years. It was her Social life and she loved it. She hurt herself and has to be off for about 5 months. I have 2 grandchildren that worked there too that she helped get on. Everyone loved her. When she was released again to work, they told her she could come back when there was an opening again for her to fill. She checked in faithfully for 3 months. They kept telling her real soon she could come back. In February she went in to talk to Gabe and he told her they decided she couldn’t work there anymore because she only worked4 hours a week and they wanted more than that a week. They didn’t even give her a chance to work again. The place used to be full and busy all the time. You had to wait to get in. Now it’s dead most the time. I don’t think you have very good management anymore. What they did to my daughter was uncalled for. They should have told her the truth from the start. I don’t think they will last long. You need good help to continue. We won’t eat there anymore and neither will family and friends who saw how the treated my daughter.

Disappointed. Buffalo Wild Wings is so much better.

We sat and waited for our server to greet us for 20 minutes, then we waited another 30 for our food. I’ve been a server so i understand, however the restaurant was near empty and she only had 2 other tables in her section. When we finally got our food the presentation was terrible. But after waiting an hour we didn’t want to go somewhere else so we ate it. Tasted fine but the smallest chicken and a handful of fries did not make up for the poor service. Also, when we left we noticed a bunch of workers sitting in the bar area just chatting which just annoyed us more that we had to wait so long for a bunch of high schoolers to finish sitting and gossiping.
