Online said open until midnight and there was also a lit up sign on the window that said open until midnight. We walked in at 11:28, waited in line until 11:33. Was greeted by a young man saying "How can I help you?" I replied "I'll take -" He cut me off. "We are WAY too busy to serve you" referring to the kitchen and all the to-go orders. "We are past the time frame for you to order." and walked away.

Absolutely worst Wingstop I have ever been to made a mobile order at 8:49 on the app gave me an already ridiculously long pickup time of 40 mins arrived at the store @ 9:45 and they said we still have 14 orders ahead of you so it’s going to be 45 more mins no apologies or anything just made an excuse that they are really busy for the rest of the night I couldn’t be anymore disappointed.

I went in during a really busy time because of the byu game. Even though I had to wait extra for my food the staff was really friendly and cool. Also the food still tasted great even though they had to rush.

I do love wing stop and have never had a problem with their food, but tonight I had to wait OVER AN HOUR for my order, which was a chicken sandwich and fries. I saw multiple bigger orders come out before mine. It was extremely busy, and clearly very understaffed. I do want to shout out the 2 workers there tonight because they were genuinely doing their best and being patient with everyone. But the wait time was absurd, and the wait time estimates I was given from the app were totally inaccurate.

My wife and I come here often and the wings are the best in town. I couldn’t be more grateful today for Naya and Angel for their above and beyond service. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and were just overall amazing employees. The food came perfect but their service was really stunning. Thank you both. We’ll be back!

They have loud music in the back but the front door dings loud when you enter the building so they should be more attentive. After I ordered another customer came inside and waited for 5 minutes without anyone coming up to the front to take his order so he left the building disappointed. This business makes good food but each time I’ve been here it’s been the same thing so they’re losing business by not doing simple things to make customers feel loved and welcome. Good food but horrible experience.

This is the worst Wingstop, believe me. I went in, big fan of wings—everybody knows that—but this place, total disaster. The wings were overcooked, dry like you wouldn't believe. The service? A complete joke. Slow, incompetent. They don’t even care about customers or making wings properly. And let me tell you, folks, I know food, the best food. I’ve had wings in all the best places, but this... this was pathetic.
But the worst part, I got food poisoning. That’s right, food poisoned. Never happened before in my life. I eat the best food, and I got sick from Wingstop. You won’t believe it. They should be ashamed. I felt terrible, just terrible. I would never recommend this place. Sad!

I used to really like wingstop. Over the years the food has gotten more expensive and worse. Staff at this location is always angry and pissed off about something. Always very stingy extra sauce and it takes WAY too long to get your order.

Absolutely never coming back to this place, i asked for a water cup, because my wait was 30+ min, i wasn’t about to pay 3+ dollars for 2oz of dr pepper, employee walked out the door and quote said in the rudest ways “Next time you ask for a water cup get water, never come back” As i came up to pick up my order he took the order out of his coworkers hand and made me pay for a whole ass drink which i didn’t want. I also saw one of the employees’ not wearing any gloves that had jumped straight from the register and i told him about it, and he had said “it’s more sanitary” which yes it can be. but not even he had followed the correct procedures for washing his hands after coming back from the bathroom so how should i believe that. What i did wasn’t morally right and ill admit that, but he had a complete unreasonable crash out.
