Feel like turning this place into the health department young man on Wednesday was working the counter and the fries station not once did he change his gloves after he used them on the cash register then would pat your fries down with the same gloves after handling cash going to food poison someone I'm never coming back this place is nasty and filthy where was the manger no one watches the employees

The food was fine. We chose some Greek bread as it was the one with salad. The clerk didn't understand much but was kind to us. The Americans are tough and it's no fun being a child, but it's probably a cultural difference. But now send them out and play so they become smarter than a burger culture!

The staff were very kind to my kiddos and their indecisiveness. Stephanie went above and beyond to make them happy.

The young man who helped us at the counter was incredibly kind. As Nice and pleasant as can be. I just can't say enough good things about him. Food was great, service was great. I'd love if all fast food workers were like him. Itv says Skylar in the receipt, young, had a few tattoos on his arms. Please tell him what a great job he did. There's no customer service anymore, anywhere. But there is at the Richfield Arbys!!

Ordered a sandwich. Got to the window and paid. The server asked if I wanted sauce, and I said yes, extra. She snipped "next time ask at the first cause I have to charge you for that much". I said "I'm happy to pay", and she firmly closed the window and stormed off.
I won't be back.

Arby's stole money out of my account 3 days after I was there and got a refund on my purchase. A new charge from arby's Just hit my account yesterday I was in there 4 days ago

So I looked on here and it says they are open till 1am pull up at 10:20 and looks like everything is shut down. Drive through menu light was off plus the big Arby's lights were off. I was able to place and order though. The food took forever and I think it's because there was only one worker (the male kid) taking my order and making my food. There was 2 female workers that took some trash to the bin then sat out there and talked the whole time. Now leaving about 20 minutes later the lights are all back up on the signs. Food was nice and fresh though. The male employee was great I wish I caught his name.
I don't know if it was just a fluke or what but it looked like they were moping and wanting to close early.

Completely disappointed! I know this is an Arby’s but come on guys, the roast beef was so shredded it fell out of the bun. So had a sandwich with half the meat. The curly fries tasted like Fish. They forgot the marinara for the cheese sticks. They rushed to get our order and several others but they were not busy just steady.

i understand the being close to closing but it was like they weren't even listening. the food was correct but i asked for a dr pepper no ice. the drink had ice in it and i am unsure if it was even what i had ordered. we went through the drive through. got there around 12:17 and didn't get our food until around 12:38. i usually love getting Arby's but this experience has me a bit irritated. they could have done better. wether it was close to closing or not. the time does not make a difference. as long as you're open, you should be giving your customers your best. i did not see their best nor even close

Waited in line for 25 minutes with one person in front of me and nobody in the lobby. When it finally came they didn’t get either of the sandwiches I ordered and charged me for sauce packets. I will never be back here
They never get your entire order to you.
