We went to drive through and was ask to pull around the front, and they'd bring our food out. 25 min later we got our food. No napkins, no condiments, and the double whopper with no cheese and no sauce was served plan with absolutely nothing on it. Horrible service. They said they were short staffed, but that doesn't make up for bad service and lack of personality.
I am a autistic person i can say for fact that the workers at night are the best crew and they are so friendly would recommend this burger king to anyone

Last several times I have attempted to eat here has been terrible food. Just ordered a bacon Swiss Royal crispy chicken with no savory sauce add mayo. Was told there was no Swiss so they put American cheese on it, but also left off the lettuce and tomato and the bacon and chicken patty were burnt. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever tasted, the fries had been sitting around for awhile with how stale and chewy they were. The restaurants in Richfield have all gone downhill with quality and service. Guess I will be saving money since I will not be eating at any restaurants around here anymore.

Disastrous service. We were there and ordered 2 menus. After 30 minutes we left the restaurant without a burger because our order was still not ready and we had to continue driving. This has nothing to do with fast food. Hope the employees enjoyed the burgers. Nobody takes us to Burger King anymore!!!
