It's a burger king, if your looking for 5 star your in the wrong place. That being said food was hot, tasted good, staff was quick, and the fries were fresh.

We went to drive through and was ask to pull around the front, and they'd bring our food out. 25 min later we got our food. No napkins, no condiments, and the double whopper with no cheese and no sauce was served plan with absolutely nothing on it. Horrible service. They said they were short staffed, but that doesn't make up for bad service and lack of personality.

Last several times I have attempted to eat here has been terrible food. Just ordered a bacon Swiss Royal crispy chicken with no savory sauce add mayo. Was told there was no Swiss so they put American cheese on it, but also left off the lettuce and tomato and the bacon and chicken patty were burnt. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever tasted, the fries had been sitting around for awhile with how stale and chewy they were. The restaurants in Richfield have all gone downhill with quality and service. Guess I will be saving money since I will not be eating at any restaurants around here anymore.

Disastrous service. We were there and ordered 2 menus. After 30 minutes we left the restaurant without a burger because our order was still not ready and we had to continue driving. This has nothing to do with fast food. Hope the employees enjoyed the burgers. Nobody takes us to Burger King anymore!!!

Waited over 45 minutes for my order they were not busy just not making it or anything else.
Passing through town, nice little place to grab a bite. It is adjacent to a gas station away from the freeway exit. Order as correct and food took a bit to come out, but was HOT.

The whoppers w/ bacon tasted alright, but it took forever to order and then get the food. There were 2 people and pretty sure the older woman was the mgr and seemed pretty incapable. The poor younger guy running it seemed to be doing all the work. The onion rings and fries didn't seem fully cooked or warm and the fish sandwich was pretty tasteless.

We were going through town and stopped at the drive-thru. The young man that helped us was very friendly and patient with our big family order. We were pleasantly surprised with every item being in our bags, correct and fresh. Thank you for a great experience and yummy food.
