“I know they have struggled with having a deliver driver or even enough employees at all, and when my order was nearing the delivery time I was worried it wasn’t coming at all. I received a phone call from the store letting me know it was in fact on the way. Mistakes are made, and people are human. But the fact that they at least called to apologize was a huge piece of customer service to me.“
