Healthier options than most Mexican food. I liked the varies ways to construct a tasty taco salad. Fresh made tortillas were the finishing touch. We'll be back!

Place was dirty. My shoes stuck to the ground while walking in the restaurant. Toilet paper on the ground. Cashier was nice but the girl working in the line couldn’t wait to be done with me. Please give this place a deep clean.

I had a very upsetting experience at Costa Vida in Richfield. I clearly ordered a vegetarian meal with no meat, yet I was served chicken. As a lifelong vegetarian who has never consumed meat or eggs, this mistake was deeply offensive and unacceptable. When I called to report the issue, the staff hung up on me instead of offering help. This is not only negligence in food preparation but also highly disrespectful customer service. I am planning to take legal action against the company for this incident, as such mistakes can have serious emotional and ethical consequences for customers like me. I strongly urge anyone with dietary restrictions to think twice before ordering here.

Slowest service ever at a Costa Vida. Inefficient staff. Waited 20 min in an average long line. Out of limeade, dirty ice dispenser. Not my usual 5 star experience at the Grand Junction, CO Costa.

Was heading to Colorado and stopped here for lunch and it was great! Food was great and served fast! Definitely not like Las Vegas or California Mexican food but, definitely hits the spot

I went through the drive through and ordered a small nacho with sweet pork, refried beans and said I didn't want Pico or guacamole but extra sour cream and asked if they could put the queso on top. We received our food and I looked before we left, my nachos had guacamole and Pico on them. My fiance went back in and asked for the to be remade. The lady that helped him had to look at the order three times before she remade it. They remade it and when we got it it didn't have queso on it. So I had to go back in and ask if a cup of queso because they made it wrong. I got home and realize they also didn't put refried beans on it either. My fiance also asked for a grilled chicken burritos and they gave us a sweet pork burrito.

I have eaten at Costa Vida at least a million times this location is super dirty. bathrooms are gross. Soda machine is even worse. Not sure what happened to their signature salad dressing but it just tasted like Ranch very disappointing.

I ordered a take out and when I got there it was sitting on the counter and cold when I picked it up. The ice machine was down but the crew didn’t put any ice out for the customers at all or offer any to the customers . I asked for some ice in my cup and after the boy went in the back to get some after visiting with a friend for a few minutes (I stood there and watched) he came out with about 5 ice cubes in my cup. There was NOTHING stocked or wiped down by the drink machine. Got home to eat my cold smothered burrito and learned it wasn’t smothered at all. Thinking about not going back.

I love the food here at Costa Vida, but the customer service here is the worst I've ever seen. I've seen better customer service from McDonalds with their ecoli outbreak. We paid $40 for food online, and we were told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. So when we finally went to pick up our order, we were told that the order wasn't even in the system, even though we came 5 minutes after the pickup time. We were told to wait in line if we wanted to get the order made, even though there were 30 people in front of us. The whole point of us ordering online is so we didn't have to wait in line. Plus, we would've had to pay double for food that we ordered an hour before hand. So we asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't give us a refund at the store and they had to contact corporate and IF the complaint goes through, then we would see a refund in our account in 2-5 business days, and even at that point it isn't guaranteed. Never in my life have I ever had to contact corporate for a refund. Ever. That's a first for me. I will not be eating here for a while, as much as I love the food.

He was genuinely charming, sincere, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with care. Equally commendable was the manager, Jayden, whose warmth and support made my experience even better. Jayden took the time to address each client’s needs and concerns thoughtfully, exemplifying excellent leadership and embodying the role of a true manager. This team’s commitment to service is truly outstanding.
