Very nice room. Pretty inexpensive. Check in was very quick and easy, very nice gentleman in the lobby. Defiantly recommend if anyone is looking for a nice, clean, and quiet hotel for a one night stay!

A great little stay in the heart of Richfield. We read some bad reviews and here were our concerns 1. rooms being dirty - we found our room to be very clean. Zero complaints 2. Spoty Wifi - I work on the internet so this was a concern. We had the room furthest away from the lobby and the wifi was rock solid the whole stay 3. run down decor - you can tell that ownership is in the process of upgrading the place. Some rooms are more up to date than others....I will give them a pass here as I know what they started with and they have come a LONG way. 4. Sparse breakfast - Not true. Breakfast was good. I would grade it a solid B. I found things that could improve it....but certainly not a bad breakfast. Icecream in the lobby A+ Pool amenitiy A++

We were on a road trip with no set plans. We hit Richfield and decided to find a place to stay. So happy we stumbled upon this Ramada. The whole facility is so clean. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed. The king bed was so comfortable! The staff was friendly and was able to make good recommendations for us when we asked about where to eat. It was a great stay!

I was the school bus driver for our school's 2A wrestling tournament held at the SVC in Richfield. I can't say enough good things about my accommodation for the one night. The room was great, and Mgr. Kathy and staff were excellent in their customer service. I even met the owners who are very nice and down to earth. I have no qualms about staying here again. Great Experience and their Ice-Cream is pretty good too! Mark

Stayed here on the way thru to San Diego. From check in to check out, very friendly helpful staff. Good selection in breakfast selection, rooms were clean and well kept. From the looks of things the new owner is taking pride in updating the hotel. Will stay here again!!! Thank u!!

Impressively good price and very clean hotel over all and provide a nice breakfast. Check in and check out attendant is very helpful for my one night stay. They don't have any additional facility like pool or gym.

This place was great!! I stayed here in years past- the new remodel is amazing !! I also had the opportunity to visit with the owners- such down to earth and friendly people, working hard to make a great place to stay! And an ice cream shop in the hotel- the best- what else can I say! Definitely recommend!

Zero stars! I'm handicap. I also have a service dog . Because of the service dog they put us in the basement. We requested a handicap room, but was told because of the dog we had to go to the basement. No elevators! Never again

I would like to recognize the lady working the front desk on 10/23. I was driving from California back to Colorado and was unable to find a reasonably priced hotel between Vegas and St. George, UT to crash at for a few hours. When I called the Ramada in Richfield, UT at 6am trying to get a room-without hesitation I got a yes and what time will you be here. By the time my child and I arrived it was after 7am. The lady was super helpful and offered us a late check out since we just needed somewhere to nap before continuing our drive. This lady went above and beyond and we were able to nap in a very comfortable bed for a few hours. Thank you for your kindness and providing true customer service.

Believe EVERY negative review on here! I was told the same lie as others about the ac not working, so I was given a different type of room than what I reserved. Management cant even get their lies straight to justify why I was given a nasty dog hair room. I was told after asking about the internet that it had been down for days. The email response I received was very unprofessional and full of lies....from their "gmail" account. What a joke! I was told in the email (after my stay) I didnt have to stay which contradicts the reservation email. Instead of a professional phone call or email they rather face a charge back. This place needs all the LUCK possible and learn Business 101!

We were first in room 117 . It was shabby. The AC did not work properly and there was no television reception. The carpet was filthy and had a hole in it. We were reluctantly moved to room 217. It smelled like dog urine. If there was another hotel in Richfield that had any available rooms we would have left. We were in town for the ATV Jamboree. We stayed for 7 nights. No room service even after requested. I took the garbage out to the dumpster myself and went to the front desk to get fresh towels. The housekeeper said she could not clean rooms until people checked out. Other guests were placing dirty towels and garbage in the hallway. They charged me a pet fee 4 days prior to my arrival. When I booked the room I was advised there was no pet fee. I was overcharged for my room and fought tooth and nail to get it reduced some. I was told they could not do anything about the first night so that was 40 dollars. One of the desk clerks told me that I was being overcharged. Kathy the alleged manager told me when I checked out that they tried to make our stay pleasant. That was a joke. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. Shanda at the front desk was very helpful with our many requests. The room is clean and spacious. The only negative is that most places are closed on Sunday; we had to really look to find a plane to eat. That isn’t a fault of the hotel.

The Ramada Sylo hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The owner (Ashley) and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They have put a lot of hard work into the renovation of the hotel and are looking to provide employment opportunities to good hard workers. The newly renovated hotel has beautiful rooms, new beds, great water pressure, a large and spacious breakfast area, and more importantly a great breakfast with my favorite biscuits and gravy. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend the Sylo hotel to any traveler passing through Richfield Utah. Thanks Shane

Clean rooms, fun and friendly staff, would definitely recommend if you find yourself in Richfield, Utah. I wasn't able to spend quite as much time as I had hoped in the area, but for the very short, last minute stop, I was pleasantly surprised. I will be coming back and bringing my wife.

The title says it all. Someone's dog was barking from 4:30 on, the breakfast was just ok, the front desk double billed my credit card and didn't seem to concerned about it. No elevator to third floor.
