This definitely has to be the best domino's location!We frequently order from here, and I can only recall one time we've ever had an issue. But we went back, and they were happy to fix the issue, and even gave us cinnamon bites! There's definitely been times they haven't had what we ordered, but they always replace it with something new, and give us a free dessert, or give us the money back, and tell us we can get it free on our next order regardless of giving us a refund! The food is always so good, and the service is even better! We love dominos!

I called the Richfield Utah Dominos pizza to place an order for 30 pizzas to be picked up at a specific day & time and Dominos Richfield delivered, perfectly!
Everything was as ordered and the 72 people who had gathered from 3 different states for a funeral, were satisfied.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and have 2 small pieces of chicken on each side of the sandwich. Wow so glad o wasnt that hungry.

I did a call in order an wanted a chicken bacon ranch pizza. When I got home I noticed it had marinara instead of ranch. I came back In an breella (think thats how you spell her name) anyways she was so super super sweet about it an jumped right on it an fixed it for us. The pizza was perfect. Had the right amount of everything on it.

I have never been this disappointed with Dominos. First, it took AN HOUR to get my order. Second, look at the photo.. is this how you cut a pizza? Third... it looks like it's already six hours old. And it was only lukewarm. I've always ordered this specific type of pizza from other stores in other states and it's always been tasty. This thing is garbage. It will be going in the trash. Waste of $20.

Take the spare tire out of your trunk, spread some ketchup on it and it would taste the same as this horrible pizza. You would also save yourself a 2 hour wait.

Store says it opens at 1030, it's almost 1130 and not a single employee in sight. Doors are locked and lights off. Maybe hire people that will actually show up to work?

My husband and I got a pizza tonight and it took an hour and a half to get it. We ordered a stuffed garlic crust pizza with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, pepperoni, black olives, ham, sausage, beef, bacon, provolone cheese, tomato sauce, cheese, and half hour after we put the order in online we got a phone call saying that they didn't have green peppers, onions, mushrooms and spinach ( while the pizza was basically made btw ) so they asked us if wanted to switch the missing toppings with Philly steak and bacon ( which was fine ) but then it took them another 20 mins to finish making it and put it in the over. It took another 30-40 mins to finally be finished. I use to work at a Pizza Hut so I do understand sometimes ingredients sometimes are out but to wait 30 mins to call the customer and see if they still wanted the pizza is not ideal.The pizza was still good but the waiting factor especially when its later in the evening/night isn't very professional
Made a 60 dollar order online with them, gave them good tip. Food never arrived, contacted the hotel and the people outside who were there during supposed deliver time. No one showed up. Refuse to do anything about it. They are running a scam business here. Never order from these people. Absolutely disgusting behavior, id spit on em if I could. 1 star is too good for these guys.

We had never ordered from Domino's Pizza before in Richfield. We live 30 minutes from there and it was our first experience in ordering from them. We called and received a phone ordering service of some kind that was obviously from out of state. There was somewhat of a language barrier and I explained to the woman that we were 30 minutes away and asked how long it would take for the pizza to be ready, she indicated 15 minutes. I told her that we would call to order as we were driving in, she offered to take our order and place it for a later time to be ready which we appreciated so we asked for her to have it ready in 45 minutes and place our order. After I hung up the phone it had been about 5 minutes and I received a text indicating that our order had been placed in the oven and would be ready in 8 minutes. When we arrived at Domino's in Richfield 40 minutes later are pizza and hot wings or cold. The food was good and would have been better had it been warm and ready when we had asked for it to be.

How hard is it to put pizza in a bag and make sure it's delivered hot. Never again will I order from this place.
Terrible!! They literally forgot to put pizza sauce on our pizza. It was cold when it arrived and was told don't order for delivery anymore because we don't deliver to Monroe. (Then why does the app allow it?) We ordered hot wings, 2 were raw... just terrible!!
