Ordered a 8pc bucket, drove home and ate 1 piece of chicken and threw the rest out. It had a sour taste to it. I did eat the coleslaw and the mashed potatoes.

Absolutely horrible service. I placed an online order around 930 to pick up at 1015. They had already closed down and refused to give us our food which was paid for ahead of time!!the website, Google and apps say they close at 11. They said they close at 10 every night. We'll if that's the case why not let us know to come in before then to pick up my prepaid order!? They had my phone number to contact me! we were at the hotel across the street! I can't get my money back without calling customer service either so there goes 20 bucks. Either stay open until your posted times or change the times and online ordering system.

The slowest kfc on the planet! It took 3 attempts to make my order correctly and it still was only 50% correct finally I was told they didn’t have the chicken breast or wings to make my order correct, I had ordered 3 extra crispy breasts and 2 wings recieved thighs and legs no other substitution offered Wyatt took three times for him to try to get my order correct I was told I wasn’t the one that made it, truly disappointed about my visit here

The front desk lady messed up my order I specifically asked for no sauce and they put the hottest sorce possible. And this is after I had to remind her that she missed my 6 piece wing order. I don't appreciate a waste of my time and money

We ordered on line and got a notification that it was done. When we got there to pick it up we waited 20 min for our food. They acted like they had not started on our order till we showed up. Ridiculous.

Today we stopped in for a late lunch. Sydney greeted us as we walked in as well as all others that came thru the door. She was friendly and answered questions abt food options. Our food was ready quickly. We ordered chicken meals, 7 layer burrito and rice. All was very delicious. The restaurant and tables were clean. It was an enjoyable visit. 🙂

We stopped here as we passed through the area because it was the only place open on a Sunday night. It took 30 minutes in the drive through to get our food. We both ordered meals. After getting to our hotel we realized they forgot my husband's potato wedges and my sauces. My husband went back and spent another 30 minutes waiting. Only to have them forget the sauces again. After eating the chicken strips I felt so nauseous that I was up all night and still felt sick the whole next day. Definitely DO NOT recommend eating there. The Colonel would cry.
