The food here had very good taste but when you head inside or even go through the drive through their service is very bad and most of the employees are very unkind and are never in a good mood the atmosphere is alright but the only thing that ruins it is the employees that give you a hard time makes stuff hard to do when their all in a bad mood and their just so rushing and I do not appreciate it

Went to KFC tonight and was disappointed in the store. Workers were playing on their phones, sitting on the counter behind the window register. Also the floor behind the counter was disgusting, straw rappers and other papers all over. I have never seen the place look so bad.

Walked in and ordered 16 piece bucket.. the girl said we don’t have enough chicken… soo we ask what we can get, they can fill it with wings. The computer didn’t project that they would need more so they didn’t cook more even though they just sold it all. Is it that hard of a concept to cook more chicken when you sell all the chicken??? We left without anything..

This KFC service sucks. I waited over an hour after I ordered to get 4 pieces of chicken and a taco. The person who waited on me told the cook left and they didn't say a thing. After 4 people who ordered after I did left with their food, I went to the counter and requested my money back at which time they said my order was ready. The manager on shift was unable to give me a refund on my card. I will never go to that KFC again. Today. a co-worker told me that he had a similar experience a few weeks ago.Fast food is not a concept with this store.

On the way to Salt lake, my boyfriend and I stopped here for a fill up meal. P the service was good and I thought that it was pretty standard kfc, although I will say the chicken did not seem the most fresh. However, it was still crispy and good and so were the fries, mac and cheese, and biscuits. They gave all the sauces required, and overall I thought it was a good KFC experience and filled my craving.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I most definitely would, because not only is this establishment located in a sundown town, but the employees that work here, especially the wannabe Avril Lavigne chick with the outdated scene hairdo who was our cashier, are clowns! It's 2023 and you would think that racism is a thing of the past; should have made a S*** pie for them, compliments of the help. So over the weekend, my family and I were on our way out to Palisades, Colorado on a business trip, and had stopped to grab a bite to eat. As we approached the door we can feel everyone already giving us the side eye, and to each table there was 3 women to 1 man, you know some sister wives crap; gross! The cashier already had an attitude when we ordered and when she asked if the order was for dine in or to go I answered to go, and she gave us the most disappointing look ever. When our order was called, we noticed she placed it in a to go bag, but my brother received his on a tray,(he's a white passing Native American :) ) She was like there you go, bye and called it a day. We had been traveling on the road since 3 a.m. from Huntington Beach, CA, and the last thing we wanted to do was eat our food in my car. So we sat down at the booth and everyone in the building just about broke their necks to stare as if we were supposed to get the hint and leave, but I stood my ground. I then seen some of the men on their phones, and as I looked out the window, I noticed some vehicles pulling up, but nobody was getting out which was weird, but predictable. 20 mins passed, and now we're getting ready to leave and exit, and some guy, which I'm guessing is the one this town calls when there's colored people on the premises, decides to give us the dirtiest look and even spits on the floor where we had our car parked as he is speaking to the manager through a side door towards the back. Honestly, I laughed because I thought it was funny that this type of bs is still taking place today and that this buffoon thought we were going to be scared, but the only things that scare us are skin walkers and the IRS lol!

Richfield KFC we ordered one meal box and waited 40 mins in the drive through. We had a baseball game and other things to get to you and we couldn’t get out of the drive-through line and we just sat there in the heat letting her car run. It just wasn’t worth it. They didn’t offer us anything for that long wait. The good was hot and good but the drive through experience terrible.
