Called in to order pizza. Girlbwho answered seemed like she was on something I had to ask if this was little Ceasars pizza... it took her a minute to even respond. The music was so loud she couldn't even hear me speaking. She was laughing and very unprofessional. Will never go there again. Worst experience ever...

Tried to call ahead but neither of the two employees I saw in the back could be bothered to answer the phone. So I came in at 4:45pm on a Sunday, empty parking lot, no customers, nothing in the hot and ready oven, no acknowledgment of me walking in the door, and when someone finally came up I’m told it’s a 30 minute wait instead of asking what I want to order. Obviously your employees just don’t want to work.

This little Caesar's sucks !!! They don't have any pizza ready ! They said they should have some ready in 45 min . They weren't . They didn't any on stock !!! We had to order online or in person !!! No hot & ready false advertisement!!!

Walked in and asked how long for a pepperoni pizza because there are suppose be HotnReady available. The lady in the back yelled TWO HOURS HAHAHAHA. The guy in the front seemed frustrated but also clueless and threw up his hands and went “I don’t know, 20 minutes?” I just walked out.

We went in and ordered a few pizzas. One was a custom and the guy didn’t even get all my toppings on there. All 3 of my pizzas weren’t even cooked fully, they were still super doughy. I shouldn’t have to put my pizza in the oven when I get home cause it wasn’t cooked fully at the store. The guy working the counter didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. Poor customer service. Spent $50 and had to finish cooking them at home. 0/10. Will probably never come again.

Got a delivery order and the address was put wrong but was corrected. I am pregnant and have no transportation and I was craving pizza the lady that dropped off the order was older probs around 50 she was very rude pretty much threw the pizza at me and told me to tip next time.. I understand the frustration but there is no need for the rudeness

Customer service is horrible....I ordered online for pizza to be delivered to my almost due pregnant sister. In the notes I had wrote for driver to give me call when they were on there way driver said they were there but they were at wrong location. Driver had attitude. I had messaged my sister to wait outside once she got the pizza driver basically threw the pizza at her.
