It doesn't feel right comparing lotsa motsa to the corporate franchise kinda pizza joints. They deserve their own category because the quality of the ingredients and the top-notch service isn't something youre going to find over in the typical strip mall pizza places. Definitely worth paying a little more and definitely worth waiting a few more minutes.

Lets start with the positive - pizza was really, really good. And that is about it. The place is absolutely filthy and needs deep cleaning. Service (that you are expected to tip, of course) - horrendous! We ordered drinks, but were never given the cups. Pizza was litteraly thrown on our table, without a single word.

Fresh, hot pizza, fresh salad bar, and very friendly service. I can't even begin to tell you what a relief it is to spend less than $10/per person at a restaurant!

I was in a hurry and needed some pizza. This place was quick, delicious, and inexpensive. Will come again next time I am in the area.

I've only ever ordered on the app and driven up to the window, so the atmosphere outside is great! 😅I love the stix, especially the cinnamon. The ladies I've encountered have always been kind and prompt. I just have no complaints about this place!

Lotsa Motsa is great, but honestly still think that there are few things to be improved on, they have great items on menu, some improvements that could be made would be the seating, as someone who is a bit obese, being able to sit on one of the benches is a bit hard for me, so I don't know how spacing can be improved on, but I think if they could just improve the spacing between the bench and the tables it would help people who are obese like myself.

Wheelchair accessibility: I feel like wheelchair accessibility could be improved on as well, not sure how but it definitely could use some improvements.

The service was upbeat and honest about how long it would be for takeout or delivery. They were very busy. Randy told us it would be an hour if we wanted delivery or we could pick it up in 30 minutes, and we chose to pick it up.

The pizza here was very good. It's in a kind of run-down building, nothing fancy inside, but food was great.

I have been eating here since i was a kid. One of the best mom and pop pizza spots you can get. Their signature buffalo chicken is a must. Moving away and coming back home this was the food i was exited to have back.

Maybe this is considered good food for Richfield, but not for the country in general. If you’re traveling through, pick something else. I’m so sorry- but it’s just not good food. Here are details: we ordered a pizza, a salad, and two orders of wings. The wings, on the menu as spicy were a pile of chicken nuggets in some kind of flavoring. No actual sauce and no actual wings. TRUST ME: The are not actual wings. And just as a side note: I ordered a 16 oz. For my husband but instead got maybe 5 good size chicken nuggets and 4 very tiny little pieces. I almost had him go in and get it corrected but then i tasted one and knew he wouldn’t want any more even though we had paid for them. The pizza was probably the most edible- I’ve had worse pizza so if you were starving, you could eat it. But the crust is very thick and you can tell it’s all just not the best quality ingredients. Still better than little Caesar’s. The salad was what you would expect from a small town diner. A pile of iceberg lettuce topped with whatever they’ve got in the back and sent with extra dressing to try to make up for the lack of flavor. If I owned a restaurant my number one goal would be to make delicious food. Isn’t that kinda the point? I’m always confused by bad food. How can you feel good about serving people stuff like this? Anyway, good service, but just terrible food. If you’re passing through, maybe your best bet is Winger’s or Black Bear.
