Waited in the drive thru for far to long then placed my order for 2 hot and spicy chicken and then I paid got to the pick up window to be told to pull into one of the parking spots as my order was not ready. Proceeded to wait for nearly 15 minutes for my 2 simple sandwiches. I hadn't eaten at McDonald's for over 2 years and likely going to be 2 years before I try it again.

Don’t even bother with curbside pickup. I’ve tried to use it twice the last time I went and had to go inside or to the drive through where the employees are incompetent and rude.
1) I just ordered an ice cream after a long day. Continued to wait in my car listening to an audiobook. It seemed like a bit of time had passed and I had seen people come and go. After about 15 minutes I looked and they had marked my order completed. So I got out of the car and went inside where I was ignored by employees even though they were looking right at me! Finally a girl came from all the way in the back to see if I needed anything. I let her know what happened and she got my ice cream.
2) I was driving the 5 minutes from work for a mobile pick up order. A fry and a frozen coke. Within that 5 minutes they had marked my order completed. When I got to McDonalds and opened the app it read “Your order was completed before receiving a spot number please go to the counter or drive through and provide your order number XXXX to a server.” So I went through the drive through and was asked to wait. I waited 10 minutes for the employee to come back and say “It says that’s an invalid mobile order number. So I read the statement to him. He got his manager who was ABSOLUTELY rude. Not an I’m sorry that happened or oh I’m not sure how that happened but a “well you need to get here faster pull up to the second window.”
I’m not sure if anyone even actually reads these but that is absolutely ridiculous. Rude people, poor service, and cold food. Then they ask for $17 / hour to stand around doing nothing it seems.

100% the worst McDonalds establishment I’ve been to in the entire country. Spent over 40 minutes in the drive thru, crew had no clue what we ordered when we finally got to the window. Absolutely ridiculous

Final straw, I’ll never eat here again. It took 30 plus minutes to get food in the drive through. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. We stopped for a “quick” bite and ended up late for our appointment.

The Richfield Utah McDonald’s SUCKS! I ordered one thing and they brought be a cold burger so I re-ordered a new one and I waited for 45 minutes in the pull forward wait spots even when they weren’t even busy! I called and complained to the GM and he didn’t hurry up his crew. The GM was very rude. I don’t understand why he is the GM when he treats people the way he does. When McDonald’s gets new management I’ll go back. But for now I will never be there again until the owner of the Richfield McDonald’s makes some serious changes.

Today the crew was on fire today. They were fast, kind and professional in their duties. Had a big order and they got it out to me quickly without parking me or without worry about accuracy and with a smile. Good crew was working today during lunch, hope management gives them a hi-five and recognition for their work today.
