Why is it so difficult to follow instructions? Every single time I come here you don’t give me what I ordered. You all seem to know what I want in my coffee more than I do. Even though I tell you specifically what I want or put it in an order. Today, you even verified that I wanted creamer and sugar in my cup, and you still didn’t do it. If you can’t follow instructions during this job, you’re never gonna make it in life just saying.

I don't understand why we had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive through when it was only 4 cars ahead... Then another 6 minutes after getting to the second window. The staff was nice. Maybe they were understaffed, idk. But being stuck in the drive through when you're in a hurry is very frustrating. I hope management does better.

They take forever to make your food and get it out to you and to top it off you go through the drive through they park ya for 20 to 30 min then bring out cold food after waiting that long and if you go into check on it they ignore ya till ya get so upset you dang near have to yell at them to get their attention

This is not the Mc Rib. It is a piece of pork with a TINY bit of sauce.with onion and a pickle. NO SAUCE WILL NEVER ORDER IT AGAIN....

Ordered online, went through the drive through and got told to wait in the mobile pickup area. After waiting 15 minutes they finally brought me cold food and hard crispy fires. Happens all the time Richfield McDonald’s sucks

Food was good but service could be a bit better but the main problem is assistance manger kambree she was supposed to be making the burgers but instead of doing her job she’s in the back yelling to her team thinking she’s better thank everyone their like she could ask her team nicely to stop taking orders but no she’s yelling at her team so i’m not coming back until she is gone because i don’t want to be in a place where they yell and are rude to their team. this is too kambree she is a horrible assistant manager and doesn’t deserve that position or even a job their especially how she acts and thinks she can do anything
