This Papa Murphy’s location is HUGE! There is a long lobby that is clean, employees have room to walk around, and is overall has a clean environment. They had plenty of choices in soda. The associates were very friendly. It’s kinda interesting that there is a front and back entrance and can see the stocking rooms a little bit, but it’s alright. The cookie dough was a little gooey in the middle after baking for the suggested time.
Arrogant, unhelpful, and rude evening manager (3/30/23 at 6:45pm). Tried to resolve an issue with a pizza I ordered and he refused to help me. Blamed everything on me. Used to love Papa Murphy’s, but no customer deserves to be treated like he treated me tonight. Not a good experience.
Always a good pizza, and if it's burnt, you only have yourself to blame!

Food was ok it needed more sauce and I placed a order for a cow boy large with no sausage they had a note on it but still put sausage i didn't have time to wait for another one thats why I called ahead but other then that it wasn't bad the staff seemed kinda lazy and not very

Worst experience I've ever had! We did an order through the app and when we arrived they had messed up, which okay it happens. But then they were like well thats the order, we showed them what we had order through the app and they got rude. We asked politely if they could remake them or refund our money. With attitude they said I guess we can but thats going to take time. Which we understood and waited. When we got the pizzas we saw that they hadn't gave us our 5 layer cheese bread. The guy rolled his eyes started to make it and was throwing things around once finished he slammed it on the other pizza and walked away.
