And the employees were nice, even warned us that the prices on the menu were slightly off, but when we ordered a large hand tossed pizza (listed as 12.99) with a few extra toppings, that one pizza came out to $28.82! After seeing the receipt, we asked them to change the order, but they said they were unable to do so. I don't know what the owner of this place is playing at, but one word keeps coming to mind: SWINDLER!Go to little Cesar's, less than one mile south.

Get a staff that is customer service friendly and has some knowledge about the workings of the points used.Used my points to order two pizzas, contactless carry out was slow, had to call the store, when they did come out it was half the order, they told me well thats what you paid for, I told them yes that is why I used my points, they told me you will have to call the manager later. RIDICULOUS. I contacted the corporate about points and they replaced the points that were supposed to be used for the other half of the order. Lack of intelligence and good customer service in this store!

I bought a Detroit Style pizza since I grew up in Detroit on Buddy's pizza, the one everyone else is trying so hard to copy. I had reservations about the pizza satisfying my palate, but I have to say it came so very close! I generally fly to Detroit about once a year for pizza, yeah crazy. I think now I can cut back to maybe once every 3-4 years. They really worked hard and did it. Thank you!

Not sure what is so great about this Pizza Hut, but it really hit the spot! The pizza was perfectly cooked with a wonderful medley of toppings. Nice work! Next time we are in Richfield, we will be coming back!

I rarely post, but this experience was such a disaster I have to. After several revisits to get a pizza that was actually cooked we were told there would be a credit to our account. I just learned that there was never any record of a credit added. Very poor quality and service as this pizza hut.

void pizza hut in richfield utah .if they dont have delivery drive they should not allow order only .you will order and after 2 hours they cancel your order because of delivery .very disappointed with service .

Good pizza, wait time wasn't bad, and the staff was rather nice. The only thing is the state of the building. It's old, it's been there for a good 10-20 years or more, I went there as a kid and it's the same building. They could use a lot of up dates, but other than that, I was happy with what I got.

My card was over charged. My crust was missing the garlic parmesan. I did not receive extra cheese and the extra $1.

Got take out since we had been driving for 12 hours and nothing else was open. Got back to the room and the pizza dough was white and under cooked, the cheese sticks were also white and under cooked. So, hungry we ate some anyway. Needless to say our stomachs did not thank us.

One of the last sit down Pizza Huts. The staff is super friendly and it is some of the best pizza around. I don't know what they do, but their pizza is far more rich in flavor than other Pizza Huts. I have been to a lot of Pizza places and this is my new favorite. I live for Italian food.
